We have team’s country wide that are available around the clock to support our clients whenever and however they need it. Our Service Level Agreements are developed with our customers to ensure they receive the exact amount of service they need for their business. We have installed a remote monitoring server for both Crestron and AMX installations allowing our customers to be constantly monitored by our qualified staff. This allows us to pre-empt issues before they become problems and to allow continuation of service for our customers.

As part of a re-allocation of levels, Citi required Audio Visual systems within their Boardroom, Meeting Rooms, Function Rooms and Seminar Rooms. Key priorities in the design of theses spaces were essential, including the use of Green equipment being at utmost importance in the designing of all rooms & systems.

Our consultants worked with IT and other management within the business to develop a solution that leveraged their previous technology investment & met strict budgetary requirements.

An integrated control system with simple touch-screen interface now allows them to display content from laptops, a resident PC, DVD & TV inputs with ease.

The boardroom is now also connected to their other sites via reliable IP-based Cisco video conferencing with simple address book and speed-dial functionality. This has already allowed them to significantly reduce travel to regional sites.

The StarWhen Star City Casino upgraded their Signature Suites and Private Gaming Rooms, Xcite AV brought the spaces to life with audio-visual technology.

As a part of the Star City Complex Upgrade, each Penthouse is fitted out with top of the line LED Displays and Sound Systems being feed from Blu-Ray Players, Karaoke Machines, PS3 and in house entertainment. A Touch Panel in each room controls all aspects of the room from Audio Visual, Lighting, Blinds and Air-Conditioning.

In addition to this each Penthouse is equipped with a Private Gaming Room fitted out with industry leading equipment to cater for the high caliber of clientele.

PJ’s Irish Pub ParramattaPJ’s has maintained tradition by keeping its Irish-style pub interior but has stayed contemporary through a multimillion-dollar refurbishment in mid-2012. Xcite Audio Visual were bought on board to supply a comprehensive and quality audio system. Xcite AV has installed a completely integrated system from the PA through to digital signage and DJ/performance rigs.

Many of the venue’s key areas are serviced magnificently by JBL speakers. A complete range of surface-mount, in-ceiling and subwoofer models were installed providing a wide variety of choices to meet the systems performance requirements. The outdoor courtyard features ten wall mount speakers whilst the first floor outdoor terrace has eight wall mount speakers. The restaurant has compact in-ceiling speakers which offer premium performance in background, foreground and music-plus paging sound systems.

The main dance floor is powered by 4 x Martin two way 12’s boxes designed to provide high sound pressure levels from an architecturally friendly, heavily braced vented enclosure. These are also serviced by 2 x Dual 15” subwoofers.

DeloitteAs part of the relocation to their new premises, Deloitte required audio visual systems in their meeting areas that would allow them to improve utilisation of existing business technologies. Each room was equipped with some of the most recognised brands in the AV industry from AMX control equipment to large commercial displays. The project consisted of the following:

Presbyterian Ladies College SydneyXcite’s high attention to detail excelled beyond expectations when it came to the installation at PLC’s Audrey Keown Theatre. With the theatre being used on a daily basis to house Chapel, Year Group Meetings, Presentations, Guest Speakers, Drama Productions and Music Recitals – state of the art audio visual equipment was key to keep up to speed with the demands of the theatre.

Boasting some outstanding equipment including a Crestron Digital Media system, custom 250” Motorised Projection Screen and Interactive Lectern, this installation was a customised solution whilst allowing simplicity for staff and students to use the equipment with ease.

Virgin Australia Airport LoungeFormula Interiors, Brisbane appointed Xcite AV to project manage and install the new state of the art AV system for the new look Virgin Australia lounge at Brisbane Domestic Terminal. The system designed for the lounge was to create a modern and corporate feel with the latest in technology. Panasonic commercial large format plasma TV’s we sourced and fitted to custom made floor to ceiling brushed aluminium mounts with cable management to hide the cables. Panasonic LCD screens mounted in portrait for flight information and digital signage advertising

A multi zone audio system was installed to allow guests to watch TV’s with matching audio while still having quite area’s such as the library and study. Desktop paging microphones have been installed at the reception counters for announcements and paging calls, there is also audio in the toilets and showers. A customised control system was commissioned to allow staff to operate the new technology. An AMX touch screen is recessed into the counter, this allows staff to control the TV’s, DVD players, Foxtel decoders and audio levels

Automated task, Xcite has programmed the control system to turn on and off the Panasonic plasma TV’s and other AV equipment each day as well as a scheduler via the touch panel to allow staff to adjust those times if required.
