We inspirehealthy habitsfor real life.*
WW.Weight Watchersreimagined. The name WW reflects that we’re becoming the world’s
partner in wellness. We have always been the global leader in
weight loss, but now WW welcomes everyone who wants to
build healthy habits—whether that means eating better,
moving more, developing a positive mindset, focusing on
weight…or all the above! In the coming weeks and months,
you’ll see great new developments from us.
Overview
Our community sets us apart

• 1 million+ active members in the U.S.

Our plan, system, and program
A plan that understands success on the outside starts on the inside
WW empowers me to:
Eat what
I love
Do what
moves me
Shift my
mindset
“It’s not about what you weigh, it’s about YOU. Your mind, body, and spirit too.
I love that WW is making the mind-body connection for me.” — Member, U.S.
Eat what you love
Eat what you love:The SmartPoints® system uses
the latest nutritional science
to make healthy eating simple.
Counting SmartPoints can lead you to healthier eating.
Everything is on the menu.
Our SmartPoints system
nudges members toward a
healthier pattern
of eating so that, over
time, smart choices
become second nature.
SmartPoints focuses on health, not just calories
Greek yogurt, fruit and peanut parfait 300 calories
Scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon,
avocado, tomato and English muffin 300 calories
Pancakes with chocolate chips
and maple syrup 300 calories
What are SmartPoints?
The SmartPoints system makes healthy eating simple
by putting complex nutritional information into one
simple number.
• Calories establish the baseline of how many
SmartPoints the food will be worth.
• Saturated Fat and Sugar increase the SmartPoints value.
• Protein decreases the SmartPoints value.
• Some foods have a SmartPoints value of zero.
200+ZeroPointFoodsZeroPoint foods form the foundation
of a healthy eating pattern and have
a low risk of being overeaten. They
don’t have to be weighed, measured,
or tracked.
• Vegetables
• Fruits
• Skinless chicken breast
• Skinless turkey breast
• Nonfat plain yogurt
• Eggs
• Beans, peas, lentils, tofu, and corn
• Fish & shellfish
TM
Members receive a personalized SmartPoints Budget
• Budget is based on gender, age,
weight, and height.
• Daily SmartPoints are given for
members to allocate to any food
or drink they like.
• Weekly SmartPoints provide
flexibility.
• Up to 4 unused daily SmartPoints
roll into the weekly SmartPoints
to create more livability.
Do what moves you
Moving more is an important part of the WW experienceOur approach is simple:
If you enjoy it, you’ll be more likely to keep at it. Anything that gets
you moving more will do great things for your health and help you
reach your goals!
What science says
Regular activity improves
health & wellness:
• Better sleep
• Improved mood
• Reduced stress
• Ensuring a strong, healthy
body as you age
We encourage members to move more by:
Meeting them where they are-no matter their age, experience,
or schedule.
Emphasizing movement for pleasure, not because they “should.”
Encouraging dynamic goal-setting.
Celebrating all movements–from planned activity to lifestyle activity.

We have partnered with Aaptiv, a
leading provider of premium digital
fitness content—with the number one
audio fitness app—to bring a selection
of on-demand audio workouts
customized and curated for WW
members right in the app.
Get active with Aaptiv
FitPoints® 2.0 is unique to you
Members can track their activity, including Aaptiv workouts, with our
system designed to encourage activity choices based on what will have
the greatest impact on health and wellness. The new FitPoints® 2.0 is
personalized to each individual within the WW app-based on height,
weight, age, and gender-so members know exactly what each activity is
worth to them.
Members can connect their activity tracker to the app and earn FitPoints
all day.
Shift your mindset
Building healthy habits is about being in the right frame of mind
It’s not just about eating less and moving more.
WW provides tools to help members shift their mindset.
They can use them anytime, anywhere-small efforts can make
big-time changes. Because if you THINK differently, you’ll
act differently.
Practicing mindset techniques helps members embrace challenges and turn
setbacks into learning opportunities. With techniques that increase self-
awareness, self-compassion, gratitude, and more, members can stay focused
on what really matters to achieve their goals and become happier and
healthier.
A member with a helpful mindset• Is kind to themselves, recognizing that
no one is perfect.
• Focuses on the positive things, instead of dwelling on the negative.
• Understands how shifting unhelpful thoughts can change how they feel and act, helping them achieve their goals.
• Opens themselves up to challenges and views setbacks as learning opportunities.
We go deeper into mindset
WW has decades of experience
in the science of behavior change,
and we’re using it to give people
the tools they need to achieve
their wellness goals.
For example, we’ve partnered with
Headspace® to create custom
mindfulness content that our
members can tap into from the
WW app—anytime, anywhere.
Mindfulness is one way to shift your mindset
Studies show that mindfulness improves self-esteem, a sense of well-being,
and focus, while lowering levels of depression, anxiety, and stress.1,2

A first-of-its-kind
program that rewards
members for building
healthy habits.
We reward members for building healthy habits.
WellnessWins recognizes and inspires members at every step of their wellness journey. Members earn “Wins” for their healthy habits, then can redeem them for exclusive products and experiences. Delivered right to their door. For free.
WellnessWins rewards members throughout the journey
Members earn “Wins” for the following
behaviors:
• Tracking breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Tracking activity
• Attending Workshops
Support
The help and
encouragement of other
people is linked to
successful weight loss.1
In fact, evidence suggests that the more social
support a person receives, the better the
weight-loss results.2
Evidence also suggests that support enhances
feelings of control and confidence.3

• WW Connect, our members-only community online
• Syncing with fitness trackers

Wellness Workshops
• Wellness Workshops (formerly meetings)
are where members check in and share
their journey in person with a group of
fellow members.
• The insightful weekly sessions give
guidance and great strategies on
achieving a healthier lifestyle from a
supportive Wellness Coach who’s been
there and lost weight.
Members say hello and check in with a Wellness Guide, focusing on healthy behaviors, rather than on the scale
Members meet the Wellness Coach and other members, who will become the greatest motivators and sources of support
The ~30-minute Workshop will cover a topic relevant to health and wellness. Members can participate as much or little as they want.
Members earn 50 Wins—more than for any other healthy behavior—just for showing up!

What to expect at a Wellness Workshop
After the first Workshop there is a short (but very helpful) “Getting To Know You” session, where new

little better.
It all starts with the WW app
• Bar code scanner
• Recipes
• Relevant, frequently refreshed content
• Connect, our members-only social media platform
• Food, activity, and weight tracking
• Notifications, including helpful tips, awards, and
badges
Key features
Personalized content
The Journey tab in the app
recognizes and rewards progress
• Weight Progress: maps the changes on
the scale
• Healthy Eating Zone: celebrates days when
a member hits their healthy eating goals
(-10 to +5 of their daily SmartPoints,
#bluedotday)
• Messages: sends helpful tips, and awards
badges for food, activity, and non-scale
victories
