Signing up• You have to sign up for each individual exam or you will not be
permitted to sit the exam.• Sign up in Studenttjänster (closes 7 days before)
• We never accept sign-ups after the sign-up window has closed• Cancel your sign-up if you cannot make it • Anonymous code

Exam halls• You can see where the exam is being held in your class
schedule no later than the day before.• Six exam halls at Örebro university
– T225, T143, L001, L003 – computer-based exams– Ruter and Spader – Paper exams
• Classrooms are sometimes used.

Be on time and keep track of what material you areallowed to bring!
Valid ID• Driver’s licence, passport, other forms of
identification• If you do not have an ID…
– period of validity has expired– forgotten or lost it
…you are not permitted to sit the exam.

During the exam
• Place your personal belongings where the invigilator tells you to
• Turn off you mobile phone completely (no air plane mode)
• The invigilators will show you to your seat
• Any rest room brake should be noted on a specific list. No other
brakes are allowed.

• 30 minutes after the exam starts there is a second entrance
• There can be multiple exams i one exam hall – different end times
• Teacher available during the second hour of the exam
• Use ink pens when you write your final answers.

• You are allowed to bring food, but show considiration
• You cannot leave the exam hall the first hour
• Hand in your exam to the invigilators when
your are finished
• If there is a line to hand in, be quiet
• Save your receipt

• BYOD – Bring your own device
• You need to download the FLOWlock browser ahead of time
• Studencentrum and IT services can help you
• If you need to borrow a computer you need to apply for this 24h

• Always keep your charger plugged in during the exam

• The teacher is allowed 15 work days to mark the exams
• The exam is scanned two days after it has been marked. Then
you can see it in Studenttjänster.
• An appeal of results may be submitted in Studenttjänster
