9.3. Diverse dissemination and visibility activities:

1. Include Colleges of Applied Studies in dissemination activities:a. Dissemination by Uni teachers in the schools they visit to

motivate students to enroll into Higher Education in Agricultureb. Dissemination by Colleges of Applied Studies teachers in

selected schools (those involved in trainings)2. Every HE partner/all partners should provide link to CaSA on their

web pages.

3. Every HE partner should present CaSA project (to students, employees ..) and updated accomplishments once a Year at home Faculty/University institution.

4. Dissemination in journals (Biljni lekar...) and local seminars (extention services, high schools) organized by or involving CaSA partners








5. Explore possibilities and commence regional networking (e.g. through Tempus interprojects coaching)

6. Dissemination through NaRA - every HE CaSA partner from Serbia should provide abstract books, proceedings from national and international conferences they organize and papers from journals they publish or journals* edited by Faculty/University editorial board (e.g. Letopisi, Biljni lekar...). *Specific agreements needed (e.g. commercial journals will feed NaRA with papers one year after publishing.)






Two important points connected to the outreach and sustainability of CaSA

1. Courses design:a. According to teachers expertise and their knowledge about labour market

needs?b. According to recommendation after field monitoring visit (Project Officer

Antonella Giorgio: “Relevant number of data collected via questionnairesfor secondary school teachers and agricultural advisors should be used in the process of creation of vocational courses; these courses should be fully adjusted to the target group needs”)?

c. Combining a and b?

Initial CaSA idea from the kick-off meeting was to create courses according to the needs extracted from questionnaires!







Two important points connected to the outreach and sustainability of CaSA

2. Licensing and compulsory continuous learning programme for agricultural engineers (support from Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Education needed):

a. For BSc and MSc in Agricultural Sciences employed in governmental bodies (institutes, stations, ministries, local administrations, agencies …)?

b. For all BSc and MSc in Agricultural Sciences?

c. For secondary school teachers - continual education and improvement of already existing skills - required for obtaining the Licence released by the Institute for Education Improvement (5 years basis)

d. Specific case: Dr in Veterinary medicine. Courses developed by CaSA participants from the Department of Veterinary Medicine Faculty of Agriculture, University of Novi Sad could be included in already existing national program of continuous professional education in Veterinary Medicine. Participation to courses, seminars, workshops etc. are required to obtain the Licence for conducting veterinary activites on 5 year basis. Veterinary Chamber of Serbia, Expert Board: selection and decision on activity offer and credit quantification of each activity).
