1.) Registration of Delegates to the meeting and authorised representatives to cast votes on behalf of the WDC NDC Subscriber Member organisations IMWD Delegates: Nino Romano Carmine Romano Antonio Morgese ANMB Delegates: Pietro Luigi Pietracca Giovanni Nicoli Antonio Di Furia WDC Representatives: Rudi Trautz – Vice President WDC Hannes Emrich – General Secretary & Recording Secretary

2.) Welcome by the WDC Representatives Mr. Trautz & Mr. Emrich Rudi Trautz welcomed all delegates to the meeting.

3.) Announcement of voting strengths of all NDC subscriber organisations.

The following paid up registrations and therefore votes were held on the 10th January 2017 at the time of the commencement of the meeting IMWD: 51 votes ANMB: 300 Votes

4.) Election of officers of the Management Committee of the NDC Italy:

a.) Chairperson: Nino Romano (Nominated by IMWD, ANMB) Votes by ANMB &b IMWD: 351 for Nino Romano elected Chairperson

b.) Vice-Chairman: Pietro Luigi Pietracca (Nominated by IMWD, ANMB) Votes by ANMB &b IMWD: 351 for Pietro Luigi Pietracca elected President

The newly elected Management Committee voted immediately to co-opt Denise Abrate as a Counsillor. The MC also will extend invitations to Nicola Amato as a representative for AIMB and Augusto Schiavo for FIDA Professional to be represented as co=opted Committee members. The new nominated contacts for all NDC Italy matters are Giovanni Nicoli & Nino Romano.

5.) Close of the meeting The meeting closed at 1500.
