Select the correct diagnostic cable (sold separately) to establish trailer ECU connection.

Turn on the ignition to establish power supply. Connect the ABS/EBS Code Reader to the vehicle. The device is powered by the vehicle automatically. Follow the instructions on the screen access ECU error codes.

Scan the QR Code on Code Reader with your smartphone (or other mobile device). If you don’t have a mobile device, the user manual will provide a translation of the ECU code.)

Connect the cable to the vehicle (no additional diagnostic interface needed).

Once the code is scanned, your mobile device will automatically be taken to our dedicated website and get a direct explanation of what this particular code means, allowing you to begin the maintenance task.

Open the cleaning bath, place the filter in the correct position.

Control and clean the two aerators (with a blade, if required). Connect the device to the power supply and turn on.

The aerators work properly when bubbles are clearly visible. The 3-way valve controls the separate distribution of the cleaning liquid.

Fill the bath with neat WABCO Bio-Cleaning liquid, up to the maximum level (90 litres).*

Clean the mesh, filter and magnetic separator regularly.

1. Setup - Use the blue supply hose to connect the compressed air system to the barb nipple pin. The switch cocks (S8) must be in their zero position.

3. Control - connect a compressed air hose (C1 - C3) to a compressed air outlet and then into the inlet on the specimen.

4. Control - apply pressure into the specimen via the selected compressed air outlet (C1 - C3). Adjust pressure – if required – with the precision control valve (V1 - V3). Read the results from the corresponding pressure gauge.

5. Measurement - connect the compressed air hoses to the desired compressed air outlets on the specimen then connect the other end of the hose to one of the compressed-air couplings (C4 - C7).

2. Setup - adjust the pressure with the control valve (V8) to level for the subsequent test procedure. When done, open the switch cock (S8) to apply pressure to the independent circuits in the ‘control’ area. The mobile test bench is now ready for use.

6. Measurement - once the connection has been established, the pressure is indicated on the selected pressure gauge (G4 - G7). Having completed the measurement, disconnect the hose from the mobile test bench.

The WABCO Power Supply Test Case is a mobile, intelligent test kit for lighting and signalling checks. The Power Supply Test Case can test either trailer or truck.

The WABCO Power Supply Test Case can be used to:- Test car, truck or agricultural trailer lighting (12V/24V).- Test the light control signals on a truck (24V).- Test PIN control (e.g. to activate the lift axle).- Test the power supply to trailer electronics (12V/24V).- Test various support devices and measuring instruments.

The Power Supply Test Case provides the following features:

1. Examination of the light control signals of the truck (24V) and lighting test of 24V trailers.

2. Lighting test (also for 12V trailers).

3. Light test for LED lighting.

4. PIN control with 24V or 0V possible, e.g. to activate the lift axle.

5. LCD display showing all essential information.

6. Built-in measurement instruments: volt / ampere.

HOW IT WORKS

Open the OptiTireTM diagnostics programme on your computer.

Follow instructions from the diagnostics software, trigger the respective sensors.

Triggered sensors send signals to the ECU confirming activation and position.

Repeat the procedure for each sensor.

Turn on the TPMS Manager and select the sensor type that you would like to trigger.
