    3 CAPITAL PROJECTPLAN CityEngneerubicorksDrector BobSmithreviewed the Stormwater plan and indicatedweareworkingonanupdate to theStormwaterMaster PlanMMurphy suggestedwewait until that revisedplancomesbackbeforeweamend the future years andwearelooking at this budgetyear rightnowMayor Baker inquired iftherewasaive5ear schedule forpaving MMurphy indicatedwedoachedule annuallyandwewill becompleting atwo2ear schedule this falMSmithdistributedaandout tothe ElectedOfficials indicating the schedule for paving CommissionerFeindinquiredonhe status of the MorningsideSewer litigation MMurphy indicatedhe didnohave anynewnformation

    Thediscussion turned back to the VOCApositions InterimFinanceDrectorDoyle indicatedthe grant isbasedonhe salaries for bothohe positions full andpatimndwedohave tokeep them to retain the grant monies She again indicated the grant submittedwasnofor thefull salary amounand they didno include the cost associated withbenefits MsDoyleindicated she has been inconacwiththem and has noted the changes to besubmittedinnexyears cycle andweshouldreceive the full amoun including benefitswepay in that fundingcycle No changes weremade to the VOCAbudgetDscussion ensued regarding the Millage raeMMurphy indicated for Flagler County3199is themosthat canbe approved with three3oesfrom the Commission anyamounoverthatPage 3 of4 087008
