Step 1: Establishment of the DTIC-database• Establishment of the DTIC-database, which will

be the base for the threat-and risk assessment of the whole project.

• This will be established by international data mining of open source and technical reports by collaboration with international fist responders communities

• Responsibility: PLUS/ISCC• Output: Deliverable 1.1 (July 2010)

Step 2: Threat- and riskanalysis• Based on the DTIC-database the threat- and

riskanalysis will be established• This will be the base for the assessment of the

various curricula with respect to suitability to meet the risks and threats which have been identified.

• Responsibility: PLUS /ISCC
