Web based clocking
Web based clocking enables any small medium or large size businesses to reduce wasted administration time and streamline a combination of internal procedures. Utilising the latest web based technology employees now have access to their own personnel records anywhere in the world. In some environments web based clocking is culturally more accepted and introduced to staff over the more traditional clocking terminal solution. Web clocking offers an alternative approach to get office staff to record hours on a PC - a more subtle approach to monitoring staff. A web solution requires no hardware elements therefore keep costs down. Sites with low staff levels or temporary sites may
also require a time and attendance solution. However the cost of a terminal can often be cost prohibitive so an online solution is often a quick and cost effective method for capturing data.
The Bradford Factor
The Bradford Factor is a system used to calculate the impact of the pattern of an employee’s absence over the course of a year. Intelligent HR uses Bradford scores as a way of identifying individuals with serious absence and patterns of absence worthy of further investigation. It helps highlight causes for concern and often is one of the starting points in an attendance procedure which can in turn be monitored, recorded and reported within the absence management
calendar in intelligent HR. With our system, the user has the functionality to record and calculate the Bradford factor, bringing to light any absences in a report style within Excel, Word or PDF format. These reports allow you to manage your staff, effectively analysing any lateness trends, holiday or sickness statistics.
