together a presentation. This past week, Jessica took advantage of

that opportunity to run a meeting on organization.

Amp up your understanding of your notes by rewriting them. By

duplicating your notes, you can revisit what you've learned and placed

them in an organized matter for reviewing purposes.

TIP 1 REWRITE YOUR NOTES

Already taken notes on the topic? Take

notes again but this time add in notes

about how the topic was taught, and

how you would teach it as well. This

gives you a different aspect to focus on

and develop your confidence towards

teaching.

TIP 2 A NEW APPROACH

Keep notes on the data that indicates your results in your career. By

knowing your key performance indicators, or KPIs for short, you can

develop your goals with trackable numbers to hit the results you want.

TIP 3 KNOW YOUR DATA

Don't feel like you have a great work/life balance?

How we use our time is 100% a choice. By taking time in your week and

having the right mentality towards planning, you can have the time for

work and the time for life.
