We act only as an agent and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused

Passport and Visa

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that you carry a valid passport and

valid visa for the destination you are traveling to. Aeronet only facilitates your

booking and reservations and it is your responsibility to ensure that all the necessary

documents have been arranged and are accurate.

PAYMENT

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or

damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any

Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit 

mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank  from time to time

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation, Aeronet will charge as follows-

Domestic Air Ticket

Rs. 500 as service charges + Airline cancellation charges as per fare rule.

International Air Ticket

Rs.1500 as service charges + Airline cancellation charges as per fare rule.

Domestic Hotels

Rs.1000 as service charges + Hotel cancellation charges as per hotel rule.

International Hotels

1000 as service charges + Hotel cancellation charges as per hotel rule.

Tour Packages

30 days or more prior to the departure of the Holiday or for non-payment of the

Balance amount RS. 15,000/-.

30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 50 % of the Holiday cost.

14 to 07 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 75 % of the Holiday cost.

07 to 01 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 100 % of the Holiday cost.

In case of no show: 100 % of Holiday cost.

Note - The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged

by the third party service provider

Any Amendment, Aeronet will charge as follows-

Domestic Air Ticket

Rs. 300 as service charges + Airline charges as per fare rule.

International Air Ticket

Rs.500 as service charges + Airline charges as per fare rule.

Domestic Hotels

Rs.500 as service charges + Hotel charges as per hotel rule.

International Hotels

Rs500 as service charges + Hotel charges as per hotel rule.

Tour Packages

30 days or more prior to the departure  - RS. 5000/-.

30 to 15 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 20 % of the Total Package cost.

14 to 07 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 40 % of the Total package cost.

07 to 03 days prior to the departure of the Holiday 50 % of the Total Package cost.

03 to 0 days ? No amendment possible

Note - The above may vary based on any specific cancellation charges as charged

by the third party service provider

Indemnification

You shall defend Aeronet Travtour Pvt Ltd from any loss, liability, claims, damage,

costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees and

disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted

against or incurred by Aeronet that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by

virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant

or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the user pursuant to this

agreement. If any provision or part of this agreement is rendered invalid or

unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only

to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision

and all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes

The Terms and Conditions, its applicability and all disputes arising out of or in

connection with the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and

the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.. All

disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled

under arbitration in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be

English and the venue of the arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India. The award of

the arbitrators shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Parties

may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for a temporary restraining order,

preliminary injunction, or other interim or conservatory relief, as necessary, and

without abridging any of the powers of the arbitration panel and such an action shall

not constitute abrogation of the agreement contained herein.

Intellectual Property

This Site is the sole and exclusive property of Aeronet. Aeronet retains all rights,

titles and interest (including all copyright, trademark, patent, trade secrets, and all

other intellectual property rights) in the Site. The Site is protected by copyright,
