Michael K. Wollner founded
WollnerStudios in 1997. He
began with a simple idea: that
he could change minds with
compelling design and
communication. As the years
rolled by, Michael and his
team of creators have proven
their skill with such
high-profile brands as Marriott
Hotels, Yamaha, TRW,
McDonnell Douglas, Epson, and Castle Rock Entertainment. They
have also worked with well-known individuals like painter and
sculptor Alexandra Nechita and entertainer Engelbert
Humperdinck. Michael and the team have also worked with
regional “knowns” like TUI University and Laguna Woods Village.
As an award-winning designer and marketing strategist, Michael
has also served on several judging panels for advertising including
the prestigious Clio Awards. He received honors from the
International Advertising Festival (IAF) for outstanding
achievement in print and interactive design, the New York
Festivals international competition for outstanding achievement in
interactive multimedia design, DDB Pinnacle Award - signed by
the renowned ‘Hall of Fame’ Advertising guru Keith Reinhard - and
other design awards from Europe and the U.S.
Michael is a past instructor of design and illustration at the AFI
(American Film Institute) and has served as a panelist during the
Hollywood Film Festival, MacWorld (as a featured designer), and
the 2008 Lodging Conference.
