Proverbs 9 Verse 1 “Wisdom hath builded her house, shehath hewn out her seven pillars:”
The house, represents the life of the house or that ofthe individual, that is, you and me! Jesus called each of usto be wise and make a discussion to build wisely on a firm
foundation of “bed rock.”
Luke 6 Verses 47-49 “Whosoever cometh to Me, andheareth My sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you towhom he is like:”
(48) “He is like a man which built anhouse, and digged deep, and laid thefoundation on a rock: and when the flood arose,
the stream beat vehemently upon that house, andcould not shake it: for it was foundedupon a rock.”(49) “But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man thatwithout a foundation built an house upon the earth; againstwhich the stream did beat vehemently, and
immediately it fell; and the ruin of thathouse was great.”
“Wisdom builds her house ...”
4
You cannot expect to enter into The Presence of TheLord if you’re living and building on
“the quick sands of foolishness!”
Most folk do not even realise that they are laboring for
the wrong thing, “the wages of sin, is death!”Sin, is a very poor paymaster, whereas,“Salvation,” is God’s free Gift of Grace:
Proverbs 9 Verse 2 “She hath killed her beasts; she hathmingled her wine; she hath also furnished her table.”
“Wisdom,” is represented as laying out for those
that would come and partake of a sumptuous feast, Jesuscompared The Kingdom of Heaven to a great supper,
Matthew 22 Verses 2-3 “The Kingdom of Heaven is likeunto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,”(3) “And sent forth His servants to call them that werebidden to the wedding: and they would not come.”
Life is stable when it is built on the solid Rock ofGod’s incorruptible Word. That life is unshakable because
it is anchored to “The Rock” with seven strong pillars
for its foundation. “Wisdom,” has built a house for onepurpose and that is, for all her guests, to both strengthenand to beautified to be presented at last to their King.
5
She has hewn out her seven pillars, which make it tobe very firm, and look very great.
Heaven is the house which Wisdom has built toentertain all her guests that are called to the marriage-supper of the Lamb. That is her Father's house, wherethere are many mansions, that are prepared for ourEternal habitation.
Could it be that “Wisdom,” is referred to as
“She,” because in the nature of things, a woman isgenerally more faithful than a male. Simply because mostmales tend to be more impulsive and less stable than thefeminine gender:
Terms of endearment that come from the lips of men
often refer to things and events that areof significant value and as such areoften referred to in the feminine gender.
For example, a ship at sea is expressed in the
manner of “she answered to the helm with asoft touch.” And now, “Wisdom,”
“ ... hath builded her house, she hathhewn out her seven pillars.”
6
The commentator Matthew Henry introduced her, as
“a magnificent and generous queen.” My
own thoughts are that “She,” is “The Matron ofHonor” to “The Church,” “The Bride ofChrist.”
“She,” is the “Chaperone” who works right
alongside The Holy Spirit to “guide,” and to
“guard.”
Verse 3 “She hath sent forth her maidens: she crieth uponthe highest places of the city.”
The call continues to go out to the,
“Whosoever will ... !!!”
God our Father awaits “the prodigals” and their
return, Jesus Himself went out to look for the one “lostsheep.” The cry has gone out into thehighways and the byways! Even those
“burned, bashed and buried” byinstitutionalized religion are beginning to realise andreturn!
7
“Revival,” begins with “the first step towardhome!”
The heart desire to return again to “the firstLove” we had for our Lord Jesus Christ!
“Wisdom” has set the table for us, she’s seen to itthat meat, wine and bread mingled with good things areready for us to engage and feast:
The maidens cry out even upon the highest places, the cry is to the,
“Whosoever will ... !”
Proverbs 1 Verse 20 “Wisdom crieth without; she utterethher voice in the streets:”
Proverbs 9 Verses 4-6 “Whoso is simple, let him turn inhither: as for him that wanteth understanding, she saith tohim,”(5) “Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine which I
have mingled.” (6) “Forsake the foolish, andlive; and go in the way ofunderstanding.”
8
But it comes also with a warning, look for a moment atwhat the author of Hebrews had to say,
Hebrews 5 Verses 12-14 “For when for the time ye oughtto be teachers, ye have need that one teach you againwhich be the first principles of the oracles of God; and arebecome such as have need of milk, and not of strongmeat.” (13) “For every one that useth milk is unskilful inthe word of righteousness: for he is a babe.” (14) “Butstrong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, eventhose who by reason of use have their senses exercisedto discern both good and evil.”
“Knowledge” without “Wisdom,” is
dangerous! It is so easy to have “head knowledge, without any ... heart application!”
It is so dangerous, that it will even question what God
has said! Ever since the serpent said to Eve, “Indeed, has God said?” The Word of God has beenquestioned and attacked.
Genesis 3 Verses 1-4 “Now the serpent was more subtilthan any beast of the field which the LORD God hadmade. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said,Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?” (2) “And thewoman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit ofthe trees of the garden:”
9
(3) “But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of thegarden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shallye touch it, lest ye die.”(4) “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall notsurely die:”
The subtlety placed the wrong “fear” into the heart
of God’s Created. It changed “the mind,” which
changed “the heart!”
“Whoever or whatever controls yourheart controls your mind.” “Whoever orwhatever controls your mind controlsyou!” (R.B.D.)
Proverbs 3 Verses 13 “Happy is the man that findethwisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.” (14)“For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandiseof silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.” (15) “She ismore precious than rubies: and all the things thou canstdesire are not to be compared unto her.” (16) “Length ofdays is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches andhonour.” (17) “Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all
her paths are peace.” (18) “She is a tree of Lifeto them that lay hold upon her: andhappy is every one that retaineth her.”
10
“Wisdom,” and “Understanding,”go hand in hand, you need both to flow together!
We need to get back to feeding fromthe right tree!
Proverbs 11 Verse 30 “The fruit of the righteousis a tree of Life; and he that winneth souls is wise.”
Proverbs 13 Verses 12-14 “Hope deferred maketh the
heart sick: but when the desire cometh, it isa tree of life.”(13) “Whoso despiseth the word shall be destroyed: but hethat feareth the commandment shall be rewarded.” (14)
“The law of the wise is a fountain of Life,to depart from the snares of death.”
Listen for a minute as to what Paul had to say to youngTimothy, looking at the (b) portion of the Verse.
1 Timothy 3 Verse 15(b) “ ... that thou mayest know howthou oughtest to behave thyself in The House of God,
which is The Church of The Living God,The pillar and ground of The Truth.”
11
Paul here refers to “The Church,” as “ThePillar” and “Ground of The Truth.” And yethere in Proverbs, Solomon states,
Proverbs 9 Verse 1 “Wisdom hath builded her house,
she hath hewn out her seven pillars:”
For the main, we miss the point because most housesof the day were constructed in that of a tent like fashion.
“The central upright” (or “pillar”) and three
“load bearing pillars” on either side to make up
the seven in all.
Three columns on either side of
“The House” and a central pillar.
The erection of a portico, in which the banquet was to
be prepared conveyed the general idea, of the “Sevenpillars” as indicating “completeness and
perfection.” There is no reason to expect anything
less from The Servant of God! We do all, “as untoThe Lord.”
12
Both “beauty and stability” are considered inthe construction of the building.
Hebrews 3 Verse 4 “For every house is builded by some
man; but He that built all things is God.”
John 1 Verses 3-4 “All things were made by Him; andwithout Him was not any thing made that was made.” (4)“In Him was Life; and The Life was The Light of men.”
God continues to be a miracle working God, as it onearth, so it is in Heaven. The Fathers Nature to Bless andto give, is revealed in The Nature and The Character ofThe Son.
Matthew 15 Verses 36-37 “And He took the seven loavesand the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, andgave to His disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.”(37) “And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took upof the broken meat that was left seven baskets full.”
James give us insight, as to these “seven pillarsof Truth” that uphold the values of The Nature and
Character of the “indwelling Christ!” My belief, is
that they have become for us “The Seven BarleyLoaves” from which all are to eat to their fill!
13
James 3 Verses 17-18 “But the wisdom that is
from above is first pure, ... thenpeaceable, ... gentle, and ... easy to beintreated, ... full of mercy and goodfruits, ... without partiality, and ...without hypocrisy.”(18) “And The Fruit of Righteousness is sown in Peace ofthem that make Peace.”
The First pillar, I see “The Purity” of God’s
Hand at work in leading us back into “friendship and
fellowship with Himself. This is thestrength of the first pillar.
The second Pillar,“Then peaceable, ...”
Hebrews 3 Verse 6 “But Christ as a Son overHis Own House; Whose House are we, ifwe hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hopefirm unto the end.”
14
Jesus, is referred to as “The Prince ofPeace.” God, is not a respecter of persons, He’s not inthe slightest interested in your
“name tag.”
What is important, is not“Who you think you are, but Whose youare!!!”
Are you “Known by Him,” or do you onlyknow about Him! There is a mighty bigdifference!!!??
The Third Pillar, is “gentle, ...”gentleness, is a fruit of The Holy Spirit. You know “Whoit is in Whom you believe” by His Gentlenesswithin.
The Fourth Pillar, is “easy to beintreated, ...” that is, one of the signs that God's
wisdom is at work in a person's heart is that he is “easyto be intreated.”
15
Such a person is approachable, reasonable, willing to listen, to bepersuaded, and to yield.
He is not stubborn, obstinate, controlling, or
overbearing. The “Wisdom that is fromabove,” a meekness of spirit, that characterizes true
gentleness. “Meekness,” is not “weakness,” it’s
power under control, it’s Blessedness, “Blessed arethe meek.”
The meekness of wisdom is the way out from control, manipulation, and being wise in one’s own eyes.
Colossians 1 Verses 9-12 “For this cause we also, sincethe day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and todesire that ye might be filled with The Knowledge of HisWill in all Wisdom and spiritual Understanding;” (10) “Thatye might walk worthy of The Lord unto all pleasing, beingfruitful in every good work, and increasing in TheKnowledge of God;” (11) “Strengthened with all might, according to His Glorious Power, unto all Patience andLongsuffering with Joyfulness;” (12) “Giving thanks untoThe Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers ofthe inheritance of the saints in light:”
16
When one is seeking to be filled with the knowledgeof His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, thenhe will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord. And what’smore is, he takes delight in doing so!
Proverbs 24 Verses 13-14 “My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet tothy taste:” (14) “So shall The Knowledge of Wisdom beunto thy soul: when thou hast found it, then there shall bea reward, and thy expectation shall not be cut off.”
The Fifth Pillar, is, “full of mercy andgood fruits, ...”
full of mercy — Of pity and compassion towardpersons in a state of ignorance, guilt, and depravity; readyto relieve the miseries and pardon the faults of others; andgood fruits, able to see with the eyes of The Spirit thepotential that lies deep within the individual. Jesus wascalled, the friend of sinners ...
the purity, peace, gentleness, teachableness, and mercyshown in all our actions, and the fruits of righteousnessabounding in our lives, prove that God has bestowed uponus this excellent gift ... called,
“Love!”
17
“Merciful,” disposed to show compassion to others. This is one of the results of the wisdom that is from above, for it makes us like God,
“The Father of mercies.”
“ ... and good fruits, ...”
“Mercy triumphs over judgement:”
The fruits of good living, being “just” and
“benevolent,” open to “random acts ofkindness.” Our first call in life, is to LoveGod, the next is to Love our neighbor. It’sas easy as that, but still we get it wrong, we all fall short!
The Sixth Pillar,“... without partiality, ...”
The warning against partial “respect topersons,” referring to one’s self interest, amidst in regard to one's conducttowards others.
18
Many use their influence tomanipulate and control other’s. There isgrave danger in Clique group mentality.
“The In crowd” will always exclude “the outcrowd,” if you don’t measure up to their standards, you
will not be allow to enjoy the company of “those inthe know!!!”
James 2 Verse 4 “Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?”
“... without partiality, ...”
Literally means, without judging, for example, curiously inquiring into the faults of others, in the guise ofpastoral counsel.
Often people will readily talk about others, in order todistract away from what’s really happening withthemselves! We are to be without partiality.
The Seventh and final pillar,
“ ... without hypocrisy.”When someone says that they “know” someone
and they don’t, then that’s not truth, in fact, it’s a lie!
19
A relationship that’s based on a lie, isno relationship at all!
That’s the meaning of “Hypocrisy,” it’s a “onesided event based on self glorification.”
Anyone can “namedrop,” that is, using someoneelse’s name or title to bolster their own ego trying to buildesteem by association.
To my way of thinking, if you are “walking and
talking” with someone, then you are at least trying to
keep the friendship and fellowship flowing, youare making an effort.
It obviously goes deeper than that, because you love
to be in their “company and companionship.”One thing that you are not doing, is “running allover the countryside” doing things in their name.
The problem with the religious hypocrite, is that he is
an “attention seeker.” He cannot go with havinghis weekly dose of being seen to do
“good works.”
20
Isaiah 29 Verse 13 “Wherefore The Lord said, Forasmuchas this people draw near Me with their mouth, and withtheir lips do honour Me, but have removed their heart farfrom Me, and their fear toward Me is taught by the preceptof men:”
The point I believe that The Lord is bringing to ourattention is this,
Matthew 1 Verse 23(b) “ ... and they shall call His nameEmmanuel, which being interpreted is,
God with us.”
Jesus, is “God with us ... Emmanuel.”And either He is resident in our heart asboth “Lord and Saviour,” or He’s not!
We need to be at least honest enough toacknowledge The Truth.
“You can only touch people for God,to the degree that you yourselves aretouching God!”
Either you are “whose” you say that you are, oryou are not! Anything less, is false, it’s a lie, it’s nothing
less than “religious hypocrisy!”
21
2 Corinthians 13 Verses 3-9 (Easy-to-read-version) “Youwant proof that Christ is speaking through me. My proof isthat He is not weak in dealing with you but is showing HisPower among you.”(4) “It is true that Christ was weak when He was killed onthe cross, but He lives now by God’s Power. It is also truethat we share His weakness, but in dealing with you, wewill be alive in Him by God’s Power.”
(5) “Look closely at yourselves.Test yourselves to see if you are living inThe Faith. Don’t you realize that ChristJesus is in you? Of course, if you fail thetest, He is not in you.” (6) “But I hope you will
see that we have not failed the test.” (7) “We pray to Godthat you will not do anything wrong. Our concern here isnot for people to see that we have passed the test in our
work with you. Our main concern is that youdo what is right, even if it looks as if we have failed
the test.” (8) “We cannot do anything that isagainst The Truth but only whatpromotes the truth.”(9) “We are happy to be weak if you are strong. And this iswhat we pray--that your lives will be made completely rightagain.”
22
There is a heartfelt determination that
“Just plain knows:” It’s the sameknowing that causes trust to be sostrong that nothing will hinder its path!
One side builds the strength of relationship which isunbreakable. Unfortunately, the other side can lead to
“legalistic fanaticism.”
One side knows “The God Who Is” and doesexploits valiantly.
And the other says, “Bless me Lord for I’mnot like other men!”
Luke 18 Verses 9-14 “And He spake this parable untocertain which trusted in themselves that they wererighteous, and despised others:”(10) “Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one aPharisee, and the other a publican.”(11) “The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself,
God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men[are], extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as thispublican.(12) “I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that Ipossess.
23
(13) “And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as [his] eyesunto Heaven, but smote upon hisbreast, saying, God be merciful to me asinner.”(14) “I tell you, this man went down to his house justified[rather] than the other: for every one that exalteth himselfshall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall beexalted.”
One side knows its Redeemer lives, the other side, thinks that it knows! One side knows without a shadow ofa doubt,
Romans 14 Verse 23(b)
“ … for whatsoever [is]not of Faith is sin.”
The other side’s sin is pretendingthat it has some form of Faith!
24
Romans 12 Verse 3 “For I say, through The Grace given
unto me, to every man that is among you, … not tothink … [of himself] more highly than he ought … tothink; … but … to think … soberly, according as
God hath dealt to every man The Measure ofFaith.”
Did you notice the emphasis here on the word,
“Think?”
Proverbs 23 Verse 7(a) “For as he thinketh inhis heart, so [is] he: … ”
I want you to know, The Presence of The Lord God ofAbraham, Isaac and Jacob dwelling in your heart!
He wants that for you, after all, “Faith, Hopeand Love reside in the heart, NOT THEHEAD!!!”
1 Samuel 2 Verse 2“There is none Holy as The LORD: for there is nonebeside thee: neither is there any Rock like our God.”
25
There are two Hebrew words that are of direct interest
concerning the hidden work of
“Hypocrisy.”
i) “Chaneph,” (2611) and means “soiled withsin.”
ii) “Choneph,” (2612) and means literally “full ofmoral filth or wickedness:” The Hebrew words,
refer to “pollution, or corruption.”
Isaiah 32 Verse 6 “For the vile person will speakvillany, and his heart will work iniquity, topractise hypocrisy, and to utter erroragainst The LORD, to make empty thesoul of the hungry, and he will cause thedrink of the thirsty to fail.”
These are all obviously acts of free will choice, howcan ones heart appear to run both cold and hot toward thethings of God? There is only one place common to manthat can mix both the cold and the hot and that’s the waterthat flows from the tap in the kitchen sink.
26
No person can run both cold and hot, they are either one or the other.
James puts it this way,
James 3 Verses 8-11 “But the tongue can no man tame; itis an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.”
(9) “Therewith bless we God, even TheFather; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude ofGod.”(10) “Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and
cursing. My Brethren, these things ought not soto be.”(11) “Doth a fountain send forth at thesame place sweet water and bitter?”
It is quite safe to say, that no one can remain with afoot in two camps, either they belong to one or the other.
Either way, we remain at the fount of God’s Grace
which pours out “The fire of His Love.” AndGod’s Love, never runs cold … we do!
27
“Self,” is what turns The Love from hot to cold, the
very moment you turn the tap of “self” on, the hot, isquenched by the cold!
The hypocrite, is a master of disguise, an actor whotakes on an assumed character. The Greek word, is
“Hupokrites,” (5271) pronounced as
“Hoop-ok-ree-tace.”
And is the word for a stage player.
One almost gets the picture of theold theatre masks, one face happy andone face sad but changed at theactors will:
Six times New Testament writers stress that
“sincerity,” without Hypocrisy should characterizeChristian Love. In other words, we are to be genuine andnot pretend that we are something that we are not:
The hypocrite, focuses attention on the faults ofothers, in order to distract away from what’s reallyhappening with himself.
28
The hypocrite, refuses to admit that any problem withspiritual development is present (or resident) withinthemselves.
Because the hypocrite is sodelusional, they cannot discern theirown hypocrisy and therefore it isimpossible for them to accept theprobability of deep seated corruptionresident within their own “self-righteousheart.”
Because he is constantly under God’s judgement, hecannot help but to continue to be judgemental and with
this, he pampers himself with “self-assurance thatthis is godly wisdom … it’s NOT!”
The hypocrite, has no idea that he should seek for
“Mercy, because he himself, has nomercy to give!” 1Hypocrites love to judge, because itmakes them feel superior! Anyone can pass judgement
… but can they save, NO!

God’s Dwelling Place, moved withthe hearts of His Men and Women. Menand Women whose hearts beat hardafter The Lord our God.
1 Samuel 13 Verse 14(b)
“ ... The LORD hath sought Him a manafter his own heart, ...”
That’s the very reason that He told Israel to “LoveThe Lord your God with all thy heart, and with
all thy soul, and with all thy mind.” (38) “This is thefirst and great commandment.”
John 10 Verse 10(b) “ ... I AM come that theymight have Life, and that they mighthave it more abundantly.”
“Eternity, is the ever present now!” It’show you are in Jesus Christ, this very instant. If you Love
Him “NOW,” you will Love Him then! It’s the habitation
of The God Who “Was” and “Is” and is to
“Come!”
30
It’s the place of The King of Kings,The Lord of all Lords ... The Great andWondrous God!
1 John 5 Verse 11 “And this is the record, that God hathgiven to us Eternal Life, and this Life is in His Son.”
Revelation 5 Verse 6 “And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst ofthe throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the
elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of Godsent forth into all the earth.”
2 Chronicles 16 Verse 9(a)
“For The eyes of The LORD run to and fro
throughout the whole earth, to shew Himselfstrong in the behalf of them whoseheart is perfect toward Him ...”
31
Isaiah 11:2, which says,
“The Spirit of The LORD will rest on HimThe Spirit of Wisdom and ofUnderstanding, The Spirit of counseland of Power, The Spirit of Knowledgeand of The Fear of the LORD.”
This could possibly explain the sevenspirits of God, the seven eyes that run toand fro throughout the whole earth,
(1) Spirit of The LORD,(2) Spirit of Wisdom,(3) Spirit of Understanding,(4) Spirit of Counsel,(5) Spirit of Power,(6) Spirit of Knowledge,(7) Spirit of The Fear of The Lord.
32
The seven spirits they arerepresentative of The Holy Spirit.
God’s Dwelling Place, moved withthe hearts of His Men and Women, those whose hearts beat hard after Him!
From “The Garden,”“The Cloud and The Pillar of Fire.”To, “The Rock” that followed them andgave water. To, “The Mount.”To, “The Tent,”“The Tabernacle,” And now,“The Heart of hearts:”
Hebrews 8 Verse 2(b)
“ ... The True Tabernacle, which TheLord pitched, and not man.”
33
Romans 10 Verse 9-11
“But what saith it? The Word is nigh thee, even inthy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, Theword of Faith, which we preach;”
(9) “That if thou shalt confess with thymouth The Lord Jesus, and shaltbelieve in thine heart that God hath raised Him
from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” (10) “For
with the heart man believeth unto
righteousness; and with the mouthconfession is made unto salvation.”(11) “For the scripture saith, Whosoeverbelieveth on Him shall not beashamed.”
John 20 Verse 29(b)“ ... blessed are they that have not seen, and yet havebelieved.”
34
Hebrews 9 Verse 11
“But Christ being come an high priest ofgood things to come, by a greaterand more perfect Tabernacle, notmade with hands, that is to say, notof this building;”
2 Corinthians 5 Verses 1-2 “For we know that if our earthlyhouse of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have abuilding of God, an house not made with hands, Eternal inThe Heavens.” (2) “For in this we groan, earnestly desiringto be clothed upon with our house which is from Heaven:”
Just how simple does it have toget!!!?? Love God, Love yourneighbour! That’s it!!!
Called “Faith,” it produces changeand transformation in both old habits, character, mannerisms and the old wayof life.
John 21 Verses 14-17 “This is now the third time thatJesus shewed Himself to His disciples, after that He wasrisen from the dead.”
35
(15) “So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter,Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me more than these? Hesaith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love Thee.
He saith unto him, Feed My lambs.”(16) “He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son ofJonas, lovest thou Me? He saith unto Him, Yea, Lord; thou
knowest that I love Thee. He saith unto him, Feed Mysheep.”(17) “He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son ofJonas, lovest thou Me? Peter was grieved because hesaid unto him the third time, Lovest thou Me? And he saidunto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that
I love Thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed mysheep.”
Luke 22 Verse 32 “But I have prayed for thee, that thyFaith fail not: and when thou artconverted, strengthen thy brethren.”
“This is Faith that never fails,”a Faith that brings strength not only to you,but to those around you! That is in noway “religious hypocrisy!”
36
As judgement begins in The House of God, we woulddo well to examine ourselves.
Titus 1 Verses 15 “Unto the pure all things are pure: butunto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure;but even their mind and conscience is defiled.” (16) “Theyprofess that they know God; but in works they deny Him,being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every goodwork reprobate.”
A “Reprobate,” is nothing more than a two-faced liar, he/she, is “Hypocrite.” They are hidingbehind a mask:Matthew 7 Verses 22
“Many will say to Me in that day, Lord,Lord, have we not prophesied in ThyName? and in Thy Name have cast outdevils? and in Thy Name done manywonderful works?”(23) “And then will I profess unto them, Inever knew you: depart from Me, ye thatwork iniquity.”
Proverbs 9 Verse 1 “Wisdom hath builded her house,
she hath hewn out her seven pillars:”
37
“The central upright” (column or “pillar”)
reveals “The Purity and integrity of a Christcentered Life.” A life that is indeed rooted andgrounded in Christ, a life that knows full well that,
1 Timothy 6 Verses 6-7 “But godliness withcontentment is great gain.”(7) “For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certainwe can carry nothing out.”
This adds credence to the fact, that
“A man can take nothing with him intoEternity, except that which is birthed inhis heart!!!” (R.B.D.)
God, is a God of “order and balance,” He
bought “order” out of “chaos.” He’s Blessed us with
the ability to stand upright in the middle of a “sin-sickand dying world.”
A world that labors for an evil taskmaster who’s
wages are the payout for “lies and deceitbecause he is the father of them!”
38
God our Heavenly Father has Blessed each one of us
with a mind “to think, reason an showrational behavior” in the going about of daily life.
We have the God Given ability to know the
difference between “right and wrong, good andevil,” our own heart, our own consciencebearing witness to the fact!
Out of all of God’s Create Order, man alone has beenBlessed with these capabilities.
“The House,” has been built with the centralpillar of support. God Himself Who Breathed into us
“The Breath of Life.” Life fails, when we choose tobreath in that which is not of God, that which is not of
“The Tree of Life!”
“Three Pillars” of load bearing capability on
either side of “central uprightness!”
Somebody get excited, this is revelation to all of us,this is Great News!
39
(1) Spirit of The LORD, - “Pure.”
(2) Spirit of Wisdom, - “Peaceable.”(3) Spirit of Understanding, - “Gentle.”(4) Spirit of Counsel, - “easy to be
intreated.”(5) Spirit of Power, - “Full of Mercy and
good fruits.”(6) Spirit of Knowledge, - “Without Partiality.”(7) Spirit of The Fear of
The Lord. -“WithoutHypocrisy.”
John 10 Verse 10(b) “ ... I AM come that theymight have Life, and that they mighthave it more abundantly.”
1 John 5 Verse 20 “And we know that The Son of God is
come, and hath given us an understanding, that wemay know Him that is true, and we arein Him that is true, even in His SonJesus Christ. This is The True God, andEternal Life.”
40
In closing let us look one more time at
“Wisdom’s” construction of The House.
Proverbs 9 Verse 1 “Wisdom hath builded her house,
she hath hewn out her seven pillars:”
Paul The Apostle knew the value of a good tent, hehimself was right into self supporting ministry, he also, wasa tentmaker:
Act 18 Verse 3 “And because he was of the same craft, he
abode with them, and wrought: for by their occupationthey were tentmakers.”
41
Acts 20 Verses 33-35 “I have coveted no man’s silver, orgold, or apparel.” (34) “Yea, ye yourselves know, thatthese hands have ministered unto my necessities, and tothem that were with me.” (35) “I have shewed you allthings, how that so labouring ye ought to support theweak, and to remember The Words of The Lord Jesus, how He said, It is more Blessed to give than to receive.”
In The Tabernacle, The Lord pictorialized His Word,by The Menorah, The Lampstand. It had seven branches, with seven bowls. The Light shed by the lamps shone on
the priests who were to show a “Light bearingLife.”
Christ, is The Lord of The Lampstand, He is “The Light of Life,” TheCentral Pillar.
42
John 1 Verse 4 “In Him was Life; and The Life was TheLight of men.”
1 Corinthians 1 Verses 27-31 “But God hath chosen thefoolish things of the world to confound the wise; and Godhath chosen the weak things of the world to confound thethings which are mighty;”(28) “And base things of the world, and things which aredespised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which arenot, to bring to nought things that are:”(29) “That no flesh should glory in His Presence.”(30) “But of Him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is
made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and
sanctification, and redemption:”(31) “That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, lethim glory in The Lord.”
The house that is built on “The Rock,” is the
house that is built on “Wisdom.” It is a “LightBearing House” which pulses with “Life, whichis The Light of men.”
Matthew 5 Verse 14 “Ye are the light of the world. A citythat is set on an hill cannot be hid.”
“The Light” set to “guard” and “guide” thelost home to a safe house.
43
If The Lights are on, then there’s someone at
home. Someone is in residence, someone bearing “TheLight of Christ” for the community. Those that need
to come in from out of “The Dark!”
If your life, your house, your marriage even your work
place, radiate “The Life” and “The Light ofChrist,” others are drawn like moths to “The Light.”
Ephesians 5 Verse 8 “For ye were sometimes darkness,
but now are ye light in The Lord: walk aschildren of Light:”
2 Corinthians 4 Verse 6 “For God, whocommanded the light to shine out ofdarkness, hath shined in our hearts, togive The Light of The Knowledge of TheGlory of God in The Face of JesusChrist.”
44
1 Peter 2 Verses 9-10 “But ye are a chosen generation, a
royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; thatye should shew forth the praises of Himwho hath called you out of darkness intoHis marvellous light:” (10) “Which in time pastwere not a people, but are now the people of God:
which had not obtained mercy, but nowhave obtained mercy.”
“Wisdom,” will not allow you to be a quitter! Even
if you fall seven times, “Wisdom” will give
perseverance to be able to stand again, and
“in standing, stand!”
Proverbs 24 Verses 13-16 “My son, eat thou honey, because it is good; and the honeycomb, which is sweet to
thy taste:” (14) “So shall the knowledge ofwisdom be unto thy soul: when thou hast found
it, then there shall be a reward, and thy expectationshall not be cut off.” (15) “Lay not wait, O wickedman, against the dwelling of the righteous; spoil not his
resting place:” (16) “For a just man fallethseven times, and riseth up again: butthe wicked shall fall into mischief.”
45
Back when the priest of the old covenant went intoThe Holy Place in,
Leviticus 16 Verses 14 & 19 “And he shall take of theblood of the bullock, and sprinkle it with his finger upon themercy seat eastward; and before the mercy seat shall hesprinkle of the blood with his finger seven times.”
Verse 19 “And he shall sprinkle of the blood upon it withhis finger seven times, and cleanse it, and hallow it fromthe uncleanness of the children of Israel.”
The Priest sprinkled the blood seven times, and thesins of the people were forgiven for a year till the next timethe blood was sprinkled.
Hebrews 9 Verse 7 “But into the second went the highpriest alone once every year, not without blood, which heoffered for himself, and for the errors of the people:”
Hebrews 7 Verse 27 “Who needeth not daily, as those highpriests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then
for the people’s: for this He did once, whenHe offered up Himself.”
Hebrews 9 Verse 28 “So Christ was once offered to bearthe sins of many; and unto them that look for Him shall Heappear the second time without sin unto salvation.”
46
1 Peter 3 Verse 18 “For Christ also hath once suffered forsins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God,being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by TheSpirit:”
God wants us home with Him, He’s given to us sevendays to offer Praise and Thanksgiving, this should be ourstandard!
Psalm 22 Verse 3 “But Thou Art Holy,O Thou that inhabitest the praises ofIsrael.”
“God inhabits the Praises of Hispeople,” we are His people ... so PraiseHim!!!
Dwell with Him in Praise, Worship and Adoration! Weshouldn’t be just hanging out at church Sunday to Sunday!
“Every day should be to us aSunday” when “Wisdom reignssupreme!” He’s given to us “EternalLife” NOW!
47
The songs of Eternity begin in thehere and now, and go on and on:
You want “Seven Pillars” of “Wisdom” in
your life, learn how to forgive your brotherseven times seventy, and then some!
When Jesus our Great High Priest shed His SinlessBlood, it was shed sevenfold on the earth and presented,
Hebrews 9 Verse 12 “Neither by the blood of goats and
calves, but by His Own Blood He enteredin once into The Holy Place, havingobtained Eternal Redemption for us.”
Hebrews 9 Verse 28 “So Christ was onceoffered to bear the sins of many; ...”
We need to be paying that forward, that’s why Jesussaid to Peter,
Matthew 18 Verses 21-22 “Then came Peter to Him, andsaid, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and Iforgive him? till seven times?” (22) “Jesus saith unto him, Isay not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventytimes seven.” (and then some!!!?? Additions mine.)
48
The Sinless Blood of The Lord JesusChrist has been applied to “The MercySeat” of God:
“It is Finished!!!”
And it doesn’t matter what man’s opinion is of theevents that occurred for the main way before he was evena twinkle in his father’s eye!
You want “Wisdom,” in your life, get your sins
under “The Blood of The Lamb!”
You want a lot of “Wisdom,” learn how toforgive people whether you are right orwrong, guilty, or innocent, it reallydoesn’t matter.
Just go to God with it, learn how toforgive and let go and be thankful thatHe’s done just that with you! God, is aGod of “the second chance,” and all ofus should know that only too well!
49
Let me make it abundantly clear, youwon’t have “Wisdom” outside of God’sWill for your life!
Want to know God’s Will for your life, then read His Word, it’s right in front ofyou ... or it should be if you are genuine.
“Feed on Him by Faith,” with“Thanksgiving in your heart.”
Hebrews 3 Verse 6 “But Christ as a son over His OwnHouse; Whose House are we, if we hold fast theconfidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto theend.”
The Pillars of Wisdom uphold The Word of God,
Isaiah 55 Verse 1 “So shall My Word be thatgoeth forth out of My Mouth: it shall notreturn unto Me void, but it shallaccomplish that which I please, and itshall prosper in the thing whereto I sentit.”
50
The Word sent your way will accomplish what it wassent to do.
Psalm 107 Verses 20-21 “He sent His Word, and healed them, and delivered them from theirdestructions.” (21) “Oh that men would praise The LORDfor His Goodness, and for His Wonderful Works to thechildren of men!”
Exodus 23 Verse 25(b) “ ... and He shall Blessthy bread, and thy water; and I will takesickness away from the midst of thee.”
Now be thankful and show somegratitude ... A-men!
Want “Wisdom!!!??” Let’s not have ashow of hands, let’s have a show offeet! Feet ready to respond, feet ready to move inobedience, feet ready to move together in unified prayer:
Let’s move on with Jesus in“Wisdoms heart felt response.”
A-men!

54
Series, “Growing Discipleship …”
“The Be- Attitudes, Love‘s Divine Attitudes”Matthew 5 Verses 3-11
1.“Blessed” … “are the poor in spirit.”2.“Blessed” … “are they that mourn.”3.“Blessed” … “are the meek.”4.“Blessed” … “are they which do hunger.”5.“Blessed” … “are the merciful.”6.“Blessed” … “are the pure in heart.”7.“Blessed” … “are the peacemakers.”8.“Blessed,” “are they which are persecuted.”
If you “be in Christ,” then it stands to reason, that whatever curved balls are thrown to you in this
life, you will “Be-in-Christ’s-Attitude,” and notreact in an inappropriate manner. As hard as that may be!
“Blessed are …” relates to the present tense,to the here and now, not only to the future. But from here,to there and beyond!
This second of a three part series of Bible studies, aredesigned to help understand the development of ourChristian Character in our day to day walk.
55
Series, “Overcomers…Discipleship.”
That ye might be ... “partakers.”2 Peter 1 Verses 1-11
1.) “And beside this, giving all diligence ...”
2.) “... add to your Faith virtue ...”
3.) “… and to virtue knowledge;”
4.) “And to knowledge temperance; …”
5.) “ … and to temperance patience; …”
6.) “ … and to patience godliness;”
7.) “And to godliness brotherly kindness; …”
8.) “ … and to brotherly kindness charity(or LOVE.)”
56
Our third in the Discipleship series, is
“Discipleship that Overcomes,”
And is titled,
That ye might be ... “partakers.”
These lessons come from the second letter of Peterand work well alongside the previous series entitled,
“The Beatitudes” which cover the development ofour Christian Character.
If a man has come to the place of little or no growth, then surely, he has remained as a babe. If he has notgiven himself over to be dealt with by The Spirit of Grace, then he is marked by the arm of the flesh.
He is still a Christian, but a carnal Christian, a babe inChrist. But if he completely surrenders his will to The HolySpirit, he will rapidly and willingly choose to put down thedeeds of the flesh and become what God’s Word calls a
“ Spiritual man.”
57
Series, “The Parables of Christ ...”(Matthew 13 Verses 1-53)
The disciples, they had heard His firstfour parables spoken to the listeningcrowd ... the multitude.
Jesus did not use parables in theearlier part of His ministry, and when Hebegan to use them, it was a matter ofsurprise to his disciples, who asked HimHis reason for doing so.
Matthew 13 Verses 10-13 “And the disciples came, and
said unto Him, Why speakest Thou untothem in parables?”(11) “He answered and said unto them, Because it isgiven unto you to know the mysteries ofThe Kingdom of Heaven, but to them itis not given.”
58
(12) “For whosoever hath, to him shall begiven, and he shall have moreabundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even thathe hath.”(13) “Therefore speak I to them inparables: because they seeing see not;and hearing they hear not, neither dothey understand.”
The whole thing turns on the distinction between
“earnest inquirers” and “careless hearers.”The earnest inquirer has ears to hear; the other has not.
That is, instead of apprehending The Truth, he is onlyperplexed and confused by it, and instead of going awayenriched, he is poorer than ever.
The meaning is so simple and familiar, that even achild can understand it. Being of the nature to connect witheveryday things, things that are frequently observed.
Parables, are the meal prepared for us by The Lord ofThe Harvest, He prepares a meal for each of His laborers, though they are few, all are well fed.
59
He has seen to it, that a young lad now brings to thetable,
“Five loaves and two fish!”
This is something for us all to wellconsider, they had twelve baskets full, after the crowd was fed.
Jesus took the twelve, and turned theworld inside out, to the right side up!
Many may bring the Scriptures to themind, but The Lord alone can preparethe mind to receive His Word: Our Master,
our Saviour Jesus differs from all other teachers ... theymay reach the ear, but only He caninstruct the heart! “Others may teachwhat is to be believed, but only Jesuscan teach us how to believe!”

61
Series, “The Gleanings ...”
Not such a strange word really, but a word which is
not often used to day. What does it mean for us “toglean?” In simple terms, it means
“to gather together.”
We gather together that which will draw us deeper
into “Relationship” with our Lord and Savior JesusChrist.
We, are gathering and gleaning in the fields of ourkinsman Redeemer King Jesus.
“The Gleanings,” was written out of gratitude formy own Salvation, and the way that He my King hasBlessed me by revealing more about Himself as togetherwe build the Relationship that religion cannot offer!
Many, many Brothers and Sisters in Christ aredesperately hungry and we who feed at His table have a
“duty of care” to share with those around us. This isthe reason for this series.
To answer questions and have all things in common
... the basis of “communion, common-union”so enjoy, grow deeper into Jesus Christ and be Blessed.
62
Acts 2 Verses 44-46(a) “And all that believed weretogether, and had all things common;”(45) “And sold their possessions and goods, and partedthem to all men, as every man had need.”
(46a) “And they, continuing daily with oneaccord ...”

Poem: “The Garden of My Heart …”
In the garden I the arrived with dawn, the air was crisp,it was still, the birds delighted the morning sun.It was quite,The Lord whispered Oh, my heart
“look, write, see and hear.”
I saw the sky,Heaven’s blue skirt. The glow of,Your Handiwork, painted in clouds. Then said He in
“the garden of my heart,”“In seeing, see, in hearing hear,”I was hearing The Voice of our God!Thank You Jesus!!!
My hand trembles at His Touch,The Anointing of His Spirit flows …I write, please Lord, please tell me more. His reply to my soul,
“You have much to hear!”
66
There is a glow in my heart that say’s, this is “thegrain” that I want in my storehouse:
Jesus used the description of harvested grain as awonderful way of showing us why it is important for
“whole grains” of wheat to have “The Husk”removed.
If grain that is harvested has “the husk” intact, then it will not be stored well for later use. As a matter offact, you are inviting the spread of mould.
Grain is normally harvested when ripe, and the
“ripened husks” are winnowed. This is the processwhereby the grains themselves, are tossed into the air andas they do, they rub against each other to remove theouter sheaf or husk.
God’s desire, is that we play an active role to workwith The Holy Spirit in and through our lives to remove theexcess baggage. To remove the old covering, so that the
“pure whole grain” will remain.
And there be no “Bushel of self,” there be no
“Bushel of former days!”
67
A bushel measure, was a standard measure and filleda woven basket made to the bushel size and was used tostore that measure in a dry and safe manner till it wasrequired to be used:
Matthew 5 Verse 15 “Neither do men light a candle, andput it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it givethlight unto all that are in the house.”
You stick a lighted flame under a dry woven basketand it will either smother the flame, or set fire to the house!
“I must decrease,in order that He increase!”
Grain, was bought to the “threshing floor,” andthere it was threshed. The sheaves, were beaten with arod or with a winnowing fork in order to separate the grainfrom the stork.
Once the pile of grain was a reasonable height, it wastime to see the leathery husks come off. To achieve theremoval of the husk, the grains were tossed into the air toland on a round cane basket. They were then flipped upinto the air, until the husk blew off into the breeze.
68
Winnowed grain, de-husked, and dry, now ready forproper storage in the garner or granary till the time of use.All the husk, was then burned off.
Matthew 3 Verse 12 “Whose fan is in His Hand, and Hewill thoroughly purge His floor, and gather His wheat intothe garner; but He will burn up the chaff withunquenchable fire.”

Series, “New Beginnings …”
1. “Incline Your Ear … ”2. “Apply thine (Your) Heart.”3. “Search for Hid Treasures … ”4. “The Fear of The Lord, … ”
(Wisdom’s Beginning)5. “The Knowledge of God … ”
The Holy Spirit has employed the use of this series toimpact our lives as Husband and wife. We have both beenintrigued as to the amount of Blessings that many of ourBrothers and Sisters in Christ seem to miss out on.
We are convinced that the reason isbecause of our inattention to God’sinscribed Word. Praise Him for HisDivine tolerance as we continue to growin Him!
Proverbs 1 Verse 5(a)
“A wise [man] will hear, and will increase learning; …”
70
Proverbs 9 Verses 9-11 “Give instruction to a wise man,and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he willincrease in learning.” (10) “The Fear of The LORD is thebeginning of Wisdom: and The Knowledge of The Holy isunderstanding.”(11) “For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the yearsof thy life shall be increased.”
Our format for this series,
“New Beginnings …”
is based on the unfolding word of instruction as containedin…
Proverbs 2 Verses 1-5 “My son … if thou wilt ... receive ...My words, and ... hide ... My commandments with thee;”
(2) “So that thou ... incline thine ear ... unto
wisdom, [and] ... apply thine heart ... to
understanding;” (3) “Yea, if thou ... criest afterknowledge … [and] ... liftest up thy voice ...for understanding;”(4) “If thou ... seekest ... her as silver, and ...
Searchest … for her as [for] hidtreasures;” (5) “Then shalt thou understand … TheFear of The LORD … and find theknowledge of God.”
71
We shall see as this lesson unfolds, that God ourFather places extreme importance on the area of
“our hearts,” as a point of both “contact and(ongoing) communication,” this is described byus in our studies as
“Communion.”
“NO COMMUNICATION …”“NO COMMUNION,”
“NO COMMUNION …”“NO COMMON-UNION,”
“NO COMMUNION ...”“NO UNION!”
72
Jesus said,
Matthew 11 Verses 25-30 “At that time Jesus answeredand said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of Heaven andearth, because thou hast hid these things from the wiseand prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.”26) “Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in Thy sight.”(27) “All things are delivered unto Me of My Father: and noman knoweth The Son, but The Father; neither knowethany man The Father, save The Son, and He towhomsoever The Son will reveal Him.”(28) “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavyladen, and I will give you rest.”(29) “Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I AMmeek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto yoursouls.” (30) “For My yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Copy-right ... personal observations.
To those Brethren, that have laboured long and hard in The Wordof our God ... I take time to Bless them publically for their endeavours topass on that Holy Ghost inspired Word throughout His Church ...
Hebrews 6 Verse 10 “For God [is] not unrighteous to forget your work andlabour of love, which ye have shewed toward His Name, in that ye haveministered to the saints, and do minister.”
Therefore, edify The Body of Christ, encourage and exhort; butremember, if you are tempted to call the work of another your own, you arethe one that will in the end be held responsible for your actions. “The Spiritof Grace,” gave the work to the hand of “the scribe,” who faithfully put pento paper. Plagiarism, is not only illegal, it is immoral; above all, we must ...
Romans 12 Verse 10“[Be] kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly
love; in honour preferring one another;”
So I exhort you in The Name of our Lord and Saviour, to feel quitefree to use the material with which The Lord has so blessed us and thosebefore us, bearing in mind that the pre-eminence belongs to
The Lord Jesus Christ Himself ...
