2.Feature

● Non-contact power transmission & signal transmission systemSince power transmission and signal transmission are done in a non-contact manner by electromagnetic

coupling method, there is no problem even if glass or plastic exists in the transmission space.

● Oscillation power control functionIf you have a transmission area within the specified range within the active head / passive head, active

head will make the oscillation behavior by controlling so that the internal voltage is constant value.If not in

the transmission area is passive head, and it is the specifications that make the intermittent oscillation.

If the passive head is in the transmission area, the Ready LED of the power supply unit will light and the

Ready signal will be output to the outside.

● Active head overheat protection functionWhen the internal heat generation of the head exceeds a certain temperature during oscillation of the

head, the protection function is activated and the operation shifts to the intermittent oscillation operation.

● Charging functionCharging of the battery, held at the CC / CV charging, full charge is virtually possible. When charging volt-

age reaches a certain level or more, it is determined that it is fully charged and completed charging.

● Battery voltage abnormalityWhen the battery voltage detects a voltage other than 16±0.5 to 31 ± 0.5V, charging stops.

When the battery voltage detects a voltage other than 8±0.5 to 16 ± 0.5V, charging stops.

When the battery voltage detects a voltage other than 32±0.5 to 61 ± 0.5V, charging stops.

● Over current protectionWhen charging current reaches a certain level or more it stops.

● Over voltage protectionWhen charging voltage reaches a certain level or more it stops.

● Battery overheating protectionWhen the battery reaches a certain temperature or below, charging stops.

・LocationIn order to obtain a good cooling effect, please keep as shown below the separation distance between the surrounding body so as not to block the airflow.

● Notes of each head when mounting

・Influence of surrounding metalTo avoid influence of surrounding metal, keep minimum spacing.Also, please remove metal chips and cutting pieces on the transmission surface of the head part. Metal pieces may generate heat, which may result in damage to equipment or accidents.

3.各ヘッド取付け注意事項 3-1 周囲金属の影響 周囲金属による影響を避けるため、必ず下記に示す値以上の空間を設けてヘッドを設置する事。

・給電ヘッド/RCS600-AH A=45mm、D=46mm

・受電ヘッド/RCS600-CH B=57.5mm、C=87mm、E=45mm

3-2 相互干渉 ヘッドを取り付ける場合、相互干渉による影響を避けるため、必ず下記に示す値以上の間隔を

あけてヘッドを設置すること。

RCS600-AH,RCS600-CH 共に A=400mm 3-3.ケーブル曲げ R ケーブルの曲げ R は下記数値以上にすること。

7. Operation method

Turn on the power switch on the power supply unit back. (It becomes the "On" and press the switch to the white dot side)

・Active head and Passive head, when the power transmission coverage area: When the power is turned on, LED of the power supply unit (P) is lit, it will be intermittent oscillation state.· Power supply · When the passive head is within the power transmittable range: When the power is turned on, the LED lamp (Power) of the power supply unit lights. Immediately afterwards (Ready) lights up. (Ready) After turning off (Charge) lights And becomes charging state.

Active head and Passive head, when the power can be transmitted within the range, When you press the power switch, will start charging Immediately. Please note. (However, charging will not start unless jumpers 1 and 14 of the charging unit are connected.)

About basic chargingThe non-contact power supply operation flow of the unit is described as below.

① When you turn on the power supply unit will cause the system (intermittent oscillation) wait state. Rise time is about 5 seconds.② The power can be transmitted within the scope of the (transmission side), and a state in which there is a (receiving side) passive head, communication device passive head and power supply starts to communica-tion, to start the power transmission Active head. (Communication and power transmission,is performed by non-contact.)③ The charge control, I will do CC · CV control in.

⑤ When the battery voltage reaches the prescribed voltage and the charging current drops to 1.0 A (± 0.5 A), the charging complete state is entered. Also, stop the feeding automatically and goes into standby mode if Passive head became Active head power transmission coverage area.⑥ Recharge starts when the battery voltage decreases. (The voltage value varies depending on the setting.)⑦ The continuous charging time shold be less than 1 hour.

④ The setting range aond standard setting values of current, voltage and recharge voltage are as on the table below. About setting value, we ask customer’s request before order and set it to the requested value.The value can be changed after purchase, so please contact us if it is necessary to be changed.

When the current is set beyond the constant current control 25A, the set current exceeding 25A is valid for 10 minutes from the start of charging. However, beyond 10 minutes, the set current is automatically set to 25A. When charging is completed or heads are out of the rated gap, the setting current return beyond the rated current 25A. When rated current control is set to 25A or less, there is no limit to the duration of constant current control.

About charge control

This machine adopts a constant current / constant voltage (CC · CV) charge control method, and as shown in the figure below, an internal check is performed immediately after starting charging.When the battery is in a discharging state (when the charge is small), constant current control (CC) is performed but when the battery voltage increases to reach the charging voltage setting value, the operation proceeds to constant voltage charging control (CV) , it will narrow down the charging current so it will not exceed the set voltage.When charging current drops to 1.0 A (± 0.5 A), it is considered to be fully charged and charging is terminated.

8. Other

[How to reset body]Reset can be done in one of the following methods.

· Turn off the power supply unit and turn it on after about 1 minute. (Restart)

・The 200mm or more away the head, and to face again in about one minute.

· Turn OFF the external input, hold it for 2 seconds or longer, then turn it ON again.

<Communication function>Communication machine is equipped with the passive head and active head of the unit.

Performs wireless communication with the communication unit, we are charging control and state control

of the battery.
