A door hinge ideal for modern PVCu door prof i les, adjustable in 3 Dimensions.

The Bombardier 3D F lag Hinge is suppl ied assembled and ready to f i t , which dramatical ly improves the f i tt ing t ime. Ver t ica l height adjustment is s imply undertaken by the use of one M5 Al len key. The same al len key is used to provide the horizontal adjustment v ia access in the moving leaf. For h igher security appl icat ions or f rench doors , there is an opt ion without the access fac i l i ty. Compress ion adjustment is accompl ished when the security cap is removed (tool suppl ied) a long with the locking bush. The bottom bush is then rotated with the a l len key unt i l the des i red compress ion is achieved. The hinge is then re-assembled.

The Bombardier 3D F lag Hinge has a l l the security benef its of a double knuckle h inge with the added advantage of adjustment and assembly being as per a normal l i f t off des ign. Once the hinge is fu l ly f i tted and adjusted, only then should the security cap be located into posit ion.

The madeley t i l t and turn window handle has the ‘ turn f i rst ’ feature , which has been updated and improved with more style , inc luding comfort grip handle , addit ional strength and increased security, i t reta ins 4 ‘stop’ pos it ions and locks in the ‘c losed’ pos it ion to meet minimum domest ic insurance requirements . madeley opens 180° key rotat ion, perfect for t i l t and turn requirements .

DAWLEY

The market leader for over 12 years, this ‘tilt first’ handle is now named Dawley. Featuring the same styling features, strength and security upgrades as its ‘turn first’ sister handle, it locks in the ‘closed’ position, having key controlled access to the unique Winlock tilt/lock mechanism, which, for safety reasons, restricts sash movement beyond ‘tilt’ . Further opera-tion of the key permits opening to ‘turn’.

BROSELEY

Broseley is the first of two ‘tilt first’ handles This handle locks in the ‘closed’ position with key controlled access to tilt/lock mechanism. Movement to ‘turn’ is controlled by a further key operation. 8 stop positions allow night vent at ‘tilt’ as well as ‘turn’.

Sashes not only need unimpeded movement to permit them to be ‘c losed’ for comfort or ‘ t i l ted’ for vent i lat ion but a lso demand an extra secure locking mechanism prevent ing unauthorised access to ‘ turn’ . Ket ley offers th is protect ion with a double depth steel p in .

An authorised key holder, however, can eas i ly fac i l i tate access to the ‘ turn’ mode when c leaning is required.

The Patriot f lag h inge is suppl ied assembled and ready to f i t , which dramatical ly improves the f i tt ing process . Compress ion and ver t ica l height adjustments are s imply undertaken by the use of one Al len key in the same act ion. Also, the compress ion adjustment operates in only the perpendicular p lane and not an eccentric motion. This e l iminates unwanted latera l movement , once set , both the ver t ica l height and compress ion adjustments are automatical ly reta ined in the des i red posit ion by a unique ‘c l ick stop’ device thus e l iminat ing the need for a secondary plug reta iner.
