Choose a table captainCaptains encourage everyone to donate big $$$ for a chance at the
best desserts!Each Guest or Couple bids on the dessert using their bid number.The Captain tallies the Dessert Dash signup sheet.The Captain chooses a dasher/runner to select their choice of
dessert.Volunteers collect the sheets, check totals and organize from biggest
to smallest.The Auctioneer announces the tables from highest
total bid to lowest and they DASH for their dessert!
