Internet Explorer is included with Windows 10

Microsoft kind of hides it

Use Cortana, search for Internet Explorer, you will find Internet Explorer

Windows 10 introduced a familiar Apple feature, Virtual Desktops

Allows for you to open and run multiple desktops, at the same time

You can also quickly navigate to and close open windows with Task View

Fun Hotkeys: - WINDOWS key + CTRL + D = new virtual desktop - WINDOWS key + CTRL + F4 = close virtual desktop - WINDOWS key + CTRL + left/right = cycle virtual desktops
