Willowbeck Lodge is a ‘one of a kind’ wedding venue. Tucked away in a discreet village location, this lovely Alpine-Style country house stands prominently, surrounded by mature woodland, and set amongst lawns and willow trees.

Willowbeck Lodge is now offering weekends for wedding celebrations. An exclusive-use venue, the main house features 5-newly refurbished ensuite bedrooms plus a self-contained garden lodge allowing up to 18 guests to sleep comfortably in luxurious, yet tranquil surroundings.

The reception room, with its commanding floor to ceiling windows, can seat up to 35 guests and overlooks a large natural pond making a perfect spectacle for your wedding breakfast or marriage blessing. The lawns under the wonderful weeping willows are perfect for an array of different style marquees or exquisite photographs.

INTIMATE WEDDING

ACCOMMODATIONThe five bedrooms in the main house all take their names from the trees that grow in the mature gardens that encompass the lodge – Willow, Ash, Beech, Oak and Hazel.

All the rooms are newly redecorated to a high standard and feature; ensuite bathrooms, king or super king size beds, Egyptian cotton bedding and views over the garden and pond.

Eva’s Cottage, an annexe, adjacent to the main house, sleeps four in two ensuite bedrooms.

The Cedar Rooms garden lodge is set amongst Willow trees and has its own open plan lounge plus two ensuite bedrooms. Its modern contemporary design takes Nordic inspiration and the interior is designed for privacy and with relaxed luxury in mind.

WEDDINGS AT THE LODGE• Ceremony setting for up to 35 guests - celebrant or private blessing in the main room or outside (weather permitting).• For larger weddings ceremonies, All Saints Church, Scotby is situated just 200 yards from the lodge. A chauffeur driven wedding car can be arranged for the bride to leave Willowbeck, arrive at the church, then return the happy couple back to the venue.

CATERINGFriday Evening Choose to dine at Fini’s (the lodges’ restaurant) for a private dining experience for up to 25 guests to get the weekend started.

Wedding Day Select a menu created by our talented chef, that suits your budget per head and timings for you and your guests. Prices start from £35 per head. In the evening, choose from a glorious local food vendor to add some tasty variation to your day.

The Bar Fully stocked with tipples to suit all palettes. Can be adjusted to serve certain favourites. Add to your package with welcome drinks, table wines, toast fizz & cocktails.
