2:40 p.m. The bride and father of the bride depart in their limousine for the ceremony venue 2:50 p.m. The grandmothers of the bride and groom are escorted down the aisle 2:50 p.m. The mother of the bride, bridesmaids, flower girl and ring-bearer arrive at the ceremony venue 2:52 p.m. The mother of the groom is escorted down the aisle 2:55 p.m. The bride and father of the bride arrive at the ceremony venue 2:57 p.m. The groom and groomsmen line up at the top of the aisle 2:58 p.m. The mother of the bride is escorted down the aisle 3:00 p.m. Processional music begins and the bridal procession begins 3:45 p.m. The ceremony ends and the recessional begins 3:50 p.m. The ceremony receiving line is formed 4:00 p.m. Caterer arrives at the reception location 4:30 p.m. Photographs are taken at the chosen location 5:30 p.m. Cocktails and pre-recorded background music commence at the reception location 6:00 p.m. The reception receiving line with bride, groom and parents is formed 6:30 p.m. Reception musicians arrive and set up 6:40 p.m. Presentation to the guests of the bride and groom by emcee 6:45 p.m. Dinner is served 7:30 p.m. Toasts and speeches begin 7:45 p.m. Dessert is served 8:00 p.m. First dance of bride and groom 8:30 p.m. Cake cutting ceremony 10:30 p.m. Bouquet and garter toss 11:00 p.m. Farewell dance of bride and groom 11:15 p.m. Departure of bride and groom 12:00 a.m. Musicians end for the evening
