Creating a Receiving Report

A Receiving Report is created by the Accepting Activity when:

• The Vendor submits an Invoice only in WAWF, or

• The Vendor submits a Paper InvoiceAn Acceptor created Receiving Report must

also be Accepted (See “Accepting a Shipment in WAWF-RA)

Access the WAWF-RA Website

Logon to WAWF-RA

Click OK to warning message about not using

the browser back button

Enter User ID and Password

Note: User ID And Password

Are case sensitive

Open the Acceptor Menu

Click the (+)

Select “Create Receiving Report

Enter Contract Information

Enter the Contract Number

WITHOUT dashes.

If Applicable

Select Acceptor’s DoDAAC from the drop-down

Click Continue

Enter Pay DoDAAC

Enter Paying Office DoDAAC “M67443” if it does not

populate by default

Click Continue

Select Document to Create

Click

Identify Inspection/Acceptance Locations

Defaults as Destination

Click Continue

Enter Additional Contract Information

If not populated by

default

Click Continue

Enter Shipment Information

Shipment No. formatAAAXNNN

A=Alpha, X-AlphanumericN=Numeric

Date Format

Final Shipment and F.O.B.?

Is this the final shipment for this contract?

Create Line Items

All Receiving Reports must contain a minimum of one Line Item

Access the Line Item Tab

Click the Line Item tab

Add Line Items

Click Add CLIN/SLIN

Enter CLIN Information

From Contract

Save CLIN/SLIN

Click Save CLIN/SLIN

Edit or add additional CLIN’s/SLIN’s

Click to Add aCLIN/SLIN

Click to EditCLIN/SLIN

Return to the Header Tab

Click the Header tab

Create the Document

Click Create Document

Document Created

Adding Attachments

Click the Misc. Info tab

Add an Attachment

Click the Add Button

Search for and select the attachment

Click the Browse

Search for and select a

file to attach.

Return to the Header tab

Click the Header tab

Submit the Receiving Report

Scroll down and click

Submit

Receive Confirmation

Identifies Email Notifications

Click to send additional

Email Notifications

Proceed to Working in the Acceptance Folder

Log out of WAWF-RA

Click Home to log out of WAWF
