BIO :-

Presently working at Amity Global Business School-Hyderabad:- from 19th

August,2008 to till date as Associate Professor-HRM-OB Teaching Human

Resource Management, Training & Development, Compensation

Management, Strategic HRM, Performance Management, Management

Foundation,etc and Behavioral Sciences to both MBA & BBA. Coordinator for

BBA Class of 2020 Programme, Coordinator for Summer Internship Program

& Dissertation and Summer Assignment Projects. Also organized Events,

Placement Training, Mock interviews for MBA Students for Placement

oriented training. Guiding students for Summer internships & Dissertation,

Career Development activities etc. Organized Mentor Mentee Meet 2008 &

2009, and Orientation Programs for Freshers. Organized Industry visits,

Guest Lectures, Corporate Forums, Clubs and Committees.Visited Australia

under Semester Abroad Program in 2019.visited La Trobe University met Bice

Chancellor, Awarded Student Co ordinator Appreciation by RMIT University

in asdociation with Amity University Noida.Visited Canberra University &

Monash University.

BIO :- I R. Swapna Associate Professor in Human Resource Management area,

pursuing Ph. D in HRM from SCSVMV University in Kanchipuram (Tamilnadu)

having16 years of experience in the teaching field. Currently working at Villa Marie

College for Women, Somajiguda – Hyderabad.

My primary research interests are in the area of Employee Training. In particular, my

research focuses on understanding the impact of Virtual Training on Employee

Performance in the IT sector, Hyderabad.

BIO :- K. Gracy Saila Sree I am an MBA, MA English lit, M.Phil, APSET

qualified and submitted my Ph.D Thesis.

I am an Asst. Professor in St. Joseph's PG college. I have been teaching MBAs since

20 years. My interest lies in teaching HR and Business Communication. I have

published research papers in various journals and presented papers.

BIO :- I am Dr.V.Pavithra, working as Associate Professor- MBA in Villa Marie PG

College for Women- Somajiguda. Holds MBA, M.Phil, Ph.d( Management), Having

15years of teaching experience in various engineering colleges in chennai and

hyderabad. Published national and international articles in various journals and

Scopus. My area of interest is Marketing, HR, Data Analytics.

DR. VAISHALI PAGARIA, TELANGANA HUMAN RESOURCE

COUNCIL

BIO :- Dr. Vaishali Pagaria is having an experience of more than 20 years in

teaching and industry. She has obtained her Phd in management. Presently working

as Associate Professor in Department of Business Management, Malla Reddy

College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India. She is also a regular

Guest Faculty to BITS Pilani’s Work Integrated Learning Programme, designed

mainly for working executives. Along with this, she is engaged as regular Academic

Associate for academic projects at the Middlesex University, London. She has to her

credit more than 35 publications in the National and International Conferences and

Journals and more than 20 national level social development projects. Dr. Vaishali is

a “Global Assistant General Secretary '' for International Council of Management

Research (ICMR, Reg. No. ICMR/GAGS/148). She has been awarded the

"International Inspirational Women Award for Best Women Change Marker”, and

“An Award for Excellence in Academics” in the year 2020 and “Excellence in

Teaching and Social Services” in the year 2012.

BIO :- I am Diksha Gulati. I’m a freelance Tarot Card Reader at samaadhaaan_

with an experience of almost an year. I hold an MBA degree with a specialization in

Human Resource and Marketing; and a BA degree with a specialization in

Psychology, Mass Communication and Modern Language.

DR. JAYASHREE PATILDAKE,TELANGANA HUMAN

BIO :- Currently the assistant professor at KPB Hinduja College ( last 6 years) and

previously worked as Head of the Department Badruka College Kachiguda

Coordinating and teaching MBA, M.Com and MSW courses for 15. 6 years . An

expert in economics with an experience of teaching for more than 20 years. I was a

ICSSR teacher fellow and have many national and international journal articles to

my credit. My PhD was in the area of Performance of Banks and still continues to

be my key research area. I am part of many committees in my current college..

MEENAKSHI DHONDI, TELANGANA HUMAN RESOURCE

BIO :- Meenakshi Dhondi - I am a certified career counsellor with 20+ years of

experience in teaching and harnessing young minds and guiding the students and

professionals when they need it the most. I have worked with institutions of repute

for Degree and Engineering.

These interactions over the decades have given me profound knowledge in

understanding the challenging situations a student or professional goes through such

as Exam phobia, Interview skills.peer pressure etc., thereby suggesting necessary

action to solace them. I have to my credit the experience of workshops conducted

for graduate,postgraduate and FDP for teachers. These

practices have always been my passion and thereby to guide and advice students in

choosing the right path that fosters personal transformation while creating an

environment of self-motivation.

BIO :- A Marketing and Communication Professional, Urvashi is an accomplished

academician & a distinguished entrepreneur with diverse experience. Her work

experience spans over 21 years, with brands like Carrier Aircon, Voltas, Big FM &

Daikin Airconditioning - to name a few. Currently She is Director, UB Consultants,

Amel Consulting & Services Pvt. Ltd. - a Boutique Consulting firm, Strategic

Marketing Director, Her Market

An IIM Alumnus, Urvashi is actively engaged in training, mentoring and coaching

with Govt. of India for IAS, IPS, IFS officers,for officers of Director rank with

Military engineering Services, with Ministry of Education for mentoring University

Professors & Deans, & with various Executive Education Institutes & Corporates at

various levels.

A hard core Green warrior and an Environmental Activist, her efforts were

acknowledged by CII when they awarded her with the ”Unsung Hero Award” in

2018 for her work.

BIO :- Bhavani Ram - I did my Post Graduation as MBA in HR and marketing

from Amity.I worked as a Relationship Manager at Standard chartered Bank. I’ve

gotten the opportunity to get new business partners to the company. Now, I got an

opportunity to work for ATT as a funding consultant.

BIO :- I have 12 years of experience in the field of research and education,

with the focus on case writing and case analysis. In an effort to stay engaged

with research and publication I have started a website,

www.thinksimpletoday.com. This has further added to my experience in web

design, content management and general website management. I am also

busy pursuing PhD from AIMA-AMU with focus on Indian Medical Tourism

Sector. I have a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt that has helped me to

understand process design and improvement.
