He has over 20 years’experience in helping clients addresstheir employee benefit challenges.Paul has worked closely with VitalityHealth to develop the Britain’s HealthiestWorkplace study in addition to thebroader Mercer team on the MercerWorkplace Health proposition.

Adam is responsible for the analyticalaspects of strategic initiatives for VitalityHealth. He has over nineteen years ofexperience in health insurance, wellnessprogrammes and adjacent financialservices sectors, and has dedicatedmost of his career to research anddevelopment.

Mark is a senior consultant in our WorkplaceHealth Consulting team in London and hasextensive experience in developing anddelivering health care solutions for a widevariety of clients. As a CharteredPhysiotherapist and PharmaceuticalChemist, Mark has a broad base ofhealthcare knowledge, but specialises in theproactive management of musculoskeletalinjuries where he has won a number ofindustry awards for innovation. Mark hasalso sat on the Board of the UKRehabilitation Council, the body responsiblefor quality standards within rehabilitation.
