Then give Slideshare a try
Upload your presentation to Slideshare
You can have it as just the slides, or…
You can record an audio track (eg you talking to the slides), using something like Audacity
Click on Create Slidecast in Slideshare
Upload your MP3 to Slideshare
And use their synchronisation tool to synch audio to the slides
You’ve now created a slidecast
