The Position: Receptionist Location: Laval (QC) Permanent and Full-time position Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for the organization. The Receptionist performs various administrative tasks and corresponds in person and via e-mail to various requests for information from the public. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests and maintain visitor registry Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls and emails Manage A/P email inbox and print out invoices for processing Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for pick-up Coordinate the shipping of small parcels with the shipping department Control and order office supplies when necessary Monitor and record petty cash payments Maintain an efficient filing system Provide general administrative and accounting support All other related tasks The ideal candidate must: Bilingual, spoken and written (English and French) Experience of at least two years in a similar position Organized, dynamic and autonomous Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite If interested, please send us your resume by clicking here.

The Position: Receptionist Location: Laval (QC)

Permanent and Full-time position

Under the direction of the Finance Director, the Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for the organization. The Receptionist performs various administrative tasks and corresponds in person and via e-mail to various requests for information from the public.

Responsibilities:
