    WHAT IS THE OHIO ILO PROGRAM?The Ohio Intelligence Liaison Officer (ILO)

    program is an information-sharing initiative designed to increase local, statewide and regional intelligence collaboration by building local relationships.

    In order to counter violent extremists, criminal activity and terrorism, the ILO program creates partnerships to foster timely reporting of information to the Ohio Fusion Center Network for the purpose of analysis, sharing and dissemination of intelligence.

    WHO CAN BE AN ILO?Members of law enforcement, fire, corrections,

    education, emergency management, military, public health, transportation or private security can be an ILO.

    An ILO must have good communication skills and an interest to learn about ways to protect our communities against the threat of terrorism.

    information between members of the public safety community, private sector, citizens and government entities, in the fight against crime and terrorism.
