Are your employees printing confidential or sensitive documents at work?

Also referred to as “private printing,” pull printing maintains document confidentiality within a shared printer environment by reducing the exposure of documents sitting in the output tray.

HP Universal Print DriverAllows users to send print jobs to a specific printer to be held until they enter their selected PIN on the printer control panel. The PIN releases the file from the printer memory to print.

HP JetAdvantage Private PrintA solution that enables users to securely print to their personal cloud-based queue and release from any enabled HP printer or MFP. The print can be released with a PIN or ID badge (with optional card reader).

HP Access ControlAn enterprise server software solution with robust authentication including integration with LDAP and Active Directory. The users print job is sent through the pull print server and can then be released by the user at a supported network printer. Options for authentication include PIN/PIC, ID badge, mobile release or mobile touch-to-authenticate. Pull printing can also be deployed without routing through the central server.
