What’s New in FICO® TRIAD® Customer Manager 8.4 W ith each new version of FICO® TRIAD® Customer Manager, you’ve gained more powerful, flexible ways to differentiate customers and assign targeted treatments. Decision Graph opens up multiple new windows of visibility into your strategies and enables you to work with elaborate decision trees in an efficient, simplified manner. This dynamic graphical tool helps you “get your head around” a large, complex strategy and focus in quickly on the specific parts of it you need to think about. TRIAD Customer Manager version 8.4 also includes enhancements to the TRIAD Analytic Datamart. Now you can perform more flexible data aggregation for extracts. You can also simulate the performance of custom decision keys that could deliver competitive advantage—without having to implement them and collect production data. Use the TRIAD Analytic Datamart to calculate the keys from unique variables in your data, then run the resulting datasets through your decision trees in Decision Graph.
