What have you learnt about technology from the process of constructing this product?

Using Vimeo

I had to use vimeo to Upload pictures or videos to my blog. Firstly i had to copy the embed code into the new post box so that the video would show up on my blog.

Using Slideshare

We uploaded power points to Slideshare to upload PowerPoints to our blogs. We Had to copy the embed code into the new post box.

Problems

We had problems with not being able to upload videos from YouTube onto our blogs as there was other thriller opening clips and trailers which would have been useful to put on our blogs however i cannot access YouTube in school.

Using Blogger

• I have been able to upload text and images to blogger as well as posting links to videos from other websites(such as Vimeo and Dropbox). Also embedding the links for videos and power points from vimeo and slideshare.

• I have also been able to change the design of my blog so it is more fitting to the thriller genre and that the writing stands out on the page, for example I am able to change font styles and the views and/or colours used.

• We used a sony video camera to film our production and we mostly used the tripod to achieve the shots we wanted.
