In 2013, Shanock et. al demonstrated workers who believe their colleagues are acting authentically, perceive their meetings as being more effective.
Bring your full candid self
In 2016, we conducted a study adding evidence which showed individuals who believe they are able to be their “full candid self” at the office also believe their meetings are more effective.
