Home Based Programs
Our behavioral health home-based service programs provide intensive
services to children and their families with multiple needs who require
access to an array of mental health services. The services combine the
use of individual therapy, family therapy, and case-management
services.
The primary goals are to support families in meeting their child’s needs,
to support and preserve families, and to provide effective treatment
and community supports to address risks that may increase the
likelihood of a child being placed outside the home in substitute care
settings such as hospitals or residential treatment centers.
To access services please call Network 180
access center at 616-336-3909.
Once you are authorized for services you will need
to request Eater Seals as your provider.
Summer Programs Summer programs were a great success this year. We had
several participants at soccer camp, basketball camp and
our new adventure camp! We hope to provide these camps
again next summer and possibly add new programs for some
of our older population of kids. If you have any suggestions or
would like to talk about new programming please feel free
to contact our office or attend one of our new parent groups
being offered on Tuesday evenings.
We are also considering a Holiday Camp, please contact us for more information
or if you would be interested in attending!
