Carmen Martí Mrs. Carmen Martí is the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Small Business & Technology Development Centers Network (PRSBTDC) hosted by the Inter American University in a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration. She has led the program since 1997, growing capacity to 10 regional centers providing island wide services. Since 2004, she serves as member of the ASBDC Accreditation Committee. From 2007 to present, Martí serves as National Baldrige Examiner reviewing applications and performing site visits as a small business expert. Her vast experience as Vice President of Credit Analysis for the Economic Development Bank and First Bank and related institutions in the areas of Finance, Credit Analysis, and Strategic Planning has been instrumental to supporting small businesses in Puerto Rico. She has completed doctoral studies and holds a Master Degree in Economics and Industrial Organization from New York University and the Wharton Graduate School of Business from the University of Pennsylvania.
