Term 2 - What I would like to achieve

• WALT – understand the past, so I can lead the future

• Spend some time learning about the culture of the school• Spend some time learning about working with you - my

staff – and support staff• Spend some time learning about the children’s needs• Spend some time learning about the school’s stakeholders

– community, BOT, Home & School etc• Limit the changes until I’ve had time to understand current

systems
