• User name and password are the same as in WESPaC

Bottom of Display
•Use the Letters to locate a student by Last Name
•Type the Last Name in the view box
•Use the | to get the First Record
•Use the | to get the Last Records
Hints for Filters
• Check settings when you don’t see the records you expect to see.
• Check the ‘Number of Records’ if some are missing
• Use the ‘Automatic Display Filter’ box
Reports in Web Access
• Templates – similar to Aload• Print Queue – holding area• Adobe PDF files• Available for 2 days
Templates
Skyward templates cannot be edited, you must CLONE the template to make it your own first. You can also use ADD to start from scratch.
Print Queue Hints
• Watch for the Pop-up Screen– Always allow pop-ups for this site
• Must CLONE Skyward templates to EDIT or use ADD to start from scratch
• Instead of waiting, close and look at My Print Queue Later
• Adobe Acrobat must be loaded to view – the reports are PDF files
