WELCOME TO LINGVA

Language learning is a very rewarding experience for everyone , but

especially for young people. It contributes to their intellectual and offers

many advantages , both social and educational. The development of

communication skills ultimately leads to better grades, a greater

understanding and respect for other cultures and contributes greatly to

build confidence in themselves .

Summer is approaching and if you are looking for a Spanish course for

your level, Lingva is your language school. With extensive experience in

trade and in language training , Lingva offers quality, experience and

confidence , taking into account the needs of each student.

Our main goal is that our students learn , play , and enjoy the summer

in Madrid.

Madrid Program 2015

MADRID - GETAFE

Madrid, capital of Spain, is a large city of nearly 4

million people. It is also the capital of the

Autonomous Community of Madrid. The region

had 7.1 million inhabitants in 2011.

You will find here a wide variety of activities, and

more, this is a city that warmly welcomes

foreigners who come to visit.

The climate allow to organize many outdoor

activities. It is possible to walk through the many

parks, stroll the streets. Beautiful lakes, beautiful

rivers and pools invite you to swim..

The Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía and the

Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum are among the

most visited museums in the world.

Getafe, the city where the school is located in the

south of Madrid, 13 km from the Puerta del Sol,

10 minutes by subway. It is a university town and

a quiet place where activities are manifold.

The course language training:

It begins with a test that will determine the level of competence.

The oral expression and comprehension, understanding and

writing skills will be practiced in innovative and motivating

dynamic methods.

At the end of the training, a test will allow us to see the progress

of the student and we will give him/her a certification.

Accommodation:

Host family:

Students stay at Getafe in families, close to the schools, all chosen by the Lingva school, live in apartments or houses. The

family accommodation allows students to experience the life of a Spanish family, its culture and traditions and practice

Spanish in real situations of communication which is, for us, one of our fundamental priorities.

All families are chosen by the LINGVA school.

Apartment:

Parents interested in an internship for their children and, perhaps, for themselves will have the opportunity, if they wish

to learn some Spanish or simply discover Madrid and region (Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial , Alcalá de Henares), lodging in

apartments provided for this purpose.

The Language School LINGVA

The language school is located in one of the new

neighborhoods in Getafe. In winter, we teach English,

French, German and Chinese for young students or

adults who want to improve their language skills.

In summer, the school welcomes young students from

all European countries who want to learn or improve

their Spanish through courses. Several activities are

proposed and organized by the school.

We also prepare students for obtaining the diploma of

the Cervantes Institute.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

Transport from the airport to the hostel and from the

hostel to the airport the day of departure.

Accommodation in families during the stay in Madrid

(breakfast, lunch, dinner, bedding).

20 Spanish lessons per week, maximum 8 students per

class.

Spanish teachers.

Monitor during the trip if there is a group of 10 students

flying from the same airport. If this is not possible, the

school ensures the reception at Barajas airport and

transfer to the hostel and, the day of departure

transportation to Barajas airport.

Responsible monitor during the stay. Support 24 hours.

Sports, cultural and recreational activities with an

attendant monitor.

Excursions to Toledo, Madrid. Visits to museums,

swimming pool.

Materials and books.

Insurance.

Certificate.

Opportunity to take the DELE examination.

THE SUMMER CAMP

Lingva offers a good Spanish immersion

program combined with educational and

sports activities for children and adolescents

aged 6 to 14 years old in a School Farm

located in the vicinity of Valle del Tiétar

(Ávila).

The idea of our camp in Spanish is to immerse

children and youth in the language combining

an activity-based service within the rural and

natural environment, always with Spanish as

the medium of communication and our

exceptional team of free time monitors and

native teachers, recovering traditions and

customs of the area.
