Name
Students MUST WEAR the ID AT ALL TIMES while you
are in the building. Your Student ID card is your gateway to many services e.g.
1 Student / 1 ID card for 2 cars. Please register by apply with
request form + copy of Student ID + copy of car’s book at basement.
Non-present student ID card or other non-registered car in
used, student are required for extra parking fee.
Parking Fee condition:
• Free for the first 30 minutes. Over 30 minutes 30 Baht per day
• No overnight parking or take the car out of the
building after 24:00 will be charge 200 baht.
• In case of car park ticket lost will be charge 200 Baht.

Overall An academic year consists of three trimesters
of 14 weeks each.
Students typically register for 6 or 9 credits per
trimester of study.
Students wish to register for 12 credits in any
trimester have to earn the cumulative GPA of
3.50 or above.
A study program typically consists
of 5 trimesters of study (i.e., for students who
successfully complete 3 courses per term).
Students may, however, take up to five years to
complete the M.M. program.
Students Information
Student Status1. Current Status
A student must maintain an overall GPA of 3.00
or higher
2. Probationary Status
If your GPA falls below 3.00, you’ll be turned to
probation. In the following term, you’ll be
allowed to register for only 6 credits (2 courses).
3. Retire Status
If your GPA falls below 2.50 in any one term or
below 3.00 for 2 consecutive terms, you’ll be
retired from the College.

4.Intermission Leave
Students may have personal reasons for requesting a study leave
Student is allowed maximum for 2 semesters of
Intermission Leave with However, student’s
responsibility to maintain Active Student Status.
Students have to pay a leaving fee 3,000 THB.
Students need to fill out the academic request
form before the semester begins.
Leaving without notifying CMMU for more than 2
semesters will automatically result in inactive
student status. The status can be changed to
active after completing the readmission
process.

5. Maintaining an Active Student Status
For maintaining Active Status, non-graduate student must pay a Maintaining Status fee of
5,000 THB/semester
Major Change Submit a request form which indicates your
intention to Change your Major and retake the
interview examination
Student is required to complete all Major
Change processes within the 1st semester.
Student is absolutely not allowed to change the program from THAI to INTER or reverse.

Fine for Late Payment Late payment of enrollment fee, students must
pay a fine
-Day 1st -10th fine of 200 THB/day
-Day 11th -20th fine of 300 THB/day
Otherwise, student could make a lump sum payment of 5,000 THB/semester.
Out of this period, the student status will be terminated.
Enrollment Fee Refund Students can request a refund of the total
enrollment fee.
Students are required to withdraw during the
Add/Drop period according to the Academic
Calendar.

Class Attendance1. Timely attendance in classes is expected of all
CMMU
Attending class 80% on a regular basis.
2. Active, Responsible participation in class is expected of all students
Inform your instructor of expected and
unexpected absences by Email and ask for
advice on how to make up for the class you
missed.
Contact your instructor when you do not
attend class to find out what assignment /
report may need to be done.

Pass in English Exam Before
Graduation (Thai Program)
Option1 TOEFL-ITP or TOEFL equivalent at least 480
Option 2 IELTS band 4.5 prior to graduation.
Option 3 MU Grad TEST at least 60 prior to
graduation.

take and pass 1 English pre-course

Graduation Requirement Must achieve a Pass “P” equivalent to
“S”(Satisfactory) in all pre-course subjects.
Must earn an overall GPA of at least 3.00 in their
45 credits.
Pass Written Comprehensive Examination.
Pass Defense Examination of Thesis or Thematic paper.
Pass in English Exam.
Thesis must also be accepted for publication in
standard journal or conference proceedings.
Students need to register for Graduation.
