Thank you for all you do for AAE! Latarsha Barlow, Ronnie Everett, and Tanjaneia Robinson

School Procedures Doors open at AAE at 7:00. If a student eats breakfast, they should report direct-ly to the cafeteria. If not, they should go straight to their classroom. Students should be in the building by 7:25. If a student arrives after 7:30, he/she will need to be signed in by a parent/guardian at the office. Students that eat breakfast should arrive by 7:15, so they have time to eat before class starts. Please make every effort to schedule doctor's appointments after school, so that your child does not miss any instructional time. In the event a child is absent, please make sure that all doctor's excuses are turned in to the office. All check-outs must be made prior to 2:00. School dismisses at 2:25. Dismissal will be in the following order: bus riders, AAE after school care, car riders, and walkers (east and west). Car riders will be assigned a car tag number to make sure each child goes home with the cor-rect driver. Your child’s safety is our number one priority.
