WELCOME EVERYONEOn behalf of Gita and myself we would like to welcome all competitors, owners, breeders, trainers, strappers, spectators, sponsors and friends along to the 4th Annual Australian Reining Breeders Classic Show.This year marks a milestone with the joining together of 5 horse disciplines to the Show Arena; Reining, Stockman’s Challenge, Campdraft, Western Dressage and Working Cowhorse events at this ARBC Show.

The camaraderie at the ARBC has gathered momentum and we thank everyone for their support, belief and involvement in helping get the ARBC Show to where it is today.We would also like to take this moment to thank all our valued sponsors of the ARBC, without your support our ARBC Show would not be possible, so please accept our thanks and appreciation. To the owners of our ARBC Nominated Stallions thank you for supporting the ARBC and all that it represents in helping grow Reining and Challenge in Australia, we truly appreciate your support.We’d like to thank everyone that has travelled many miles to compete at our ARBC Show here in Dalby; we appreciate your support and are keen to make the ARBC well worth the trip for everyone.This year we welcome our judges Leanne Bartlett and Pam Spokes for the Reining events and our Judge for the Challenge Dry Work is Errol Thomas. Our Judge for the Cattle work & Campdraft will be Michael Lancaster we are fortunate to have these judges with us for this show. With the inclusion of the Feature Working Cowhorse Event being held on Friday evening we welcome Ian Francis as our judge for this Cowhorse Event. We also welcome the Western Dressage Association President Jim Whitaker for bringing Western Dressage events to our ARBC. We also welcome our photographer Tania Hobbs and her daughter Liz for their continued professionalism and eye for that right photo, here to capture all the action over the coming week. We invite everyone to come along to our VIP Dinner to celebrate our Champions and thank our valuable sponsors. The VIP Dinner is being held on Saturday evening at the main arena, bookings are essential, so if you haven’t already got a ticket it’s not too late to book your spot, simply pop into the secretary office to book your tickets. We will kick on with live entertainment from our local group Ripcord, after the VIP dinner at our ARBC Saloon and everyone is welcome to attend. The ARBC Saloon will be open from Thursday afternoon, so we invite you all to come on over, everyone is welcome.The show will be broadcast live via Neil Jones so tell your friends and family to log in via Facebook to watch you compete. There is a strong line up of Derby Horses competing for the prestigious ARBC Derby titles along with some great challenge horses here to compete for the ARBC Stockman’s Challenge title.We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan Kingsley from Kingsley Saddlery for sponsoring this handcrafted reining saddle for the OPEN Derby Champion We invite anyone looking for a handcrafted Challenge or Reining Saddle to contact Dan Kingsley, a great sponsor of our sport.Thank you also to Brock Simpkins for organising the cattle and to Jason Gates of RPC Livestock Haulage for cattle transport.Thank you to the people who make the ARBC Derby Show and Stockman’s Challenge event possible, the sponsors, owners, trainers, competitors, breeders and supporters.
