An answer to everyquestion !?The Welcome O� ce of the Agence Iter France (AIF),
created in 2006, o� ers a wide range of personalized services to the di� erent types of sta� involved in building ITER (ITER Organization, ITER Domestic Agencies, contractors), such as accommodation, administrative formalities, intercultural language program.
• Interface with the French authorities for adminis-trative procedures to be followed by employees working for foreign companies (outside the Eu-ropean Union) or their employers during their secondment to the ITER project in France (work permits, residence permits, shorts-stay visas, long-stay visas, etc.),
• Effective solutions to find accommodation, a partnership for relocation services.
• Transport arrangements,
• Immigration (setting up businesses), sta� transfers.
A partnership between AIF, WOIC and three reloca-tion agencies has been created in order to help you to � nd solutions within existing accommodation facilities.
Since 2006, the French ITER Industrial Committee (C2I) has been facilitating partnerships by involving more than 300 French industrialists in the project and organising optimal conditions so they can answer calls for tender e� ciently.
