Welcome 2019

The Auten Road School Home and School Association (ARSHSA) is a non-profit organization made up of parents, staff and administrators

who work together to benefit the general well-being of students and

promote a closer relationship between the home and school.

ARSHA offers parents and guardians an opportunity to contribute to

their student’s ARIS experience. ARSHSA’s annual budget is more

than $50,000! These funds are used to provide Assemblies,

Computer Coding and Drama Clubs, Scholastic Magazines,

Classroom Library Books, 5th Grade T-Shirts, Staff

Appreciation Events, Staff Grants, Family Fun Events such as

the Wizards Game and the End of Year Carnival!!

The 2019-2020 school year is off to a great start and the Auten

Road Home & School Association (ARSHSA) would like to welcome

students and their families to ARIS!

Whether you’re new to Auten Road Intermediate School—or are a

returning family—attached you’ll find important notices, forms, dates

and information to help you plan for the school year! Please take a

How to Get Started:

➢ Existing Community Pass Users: Link Your Account to ARSHSA

There is only one login entry for Community Pass required per family. If you already have

an account, you can use the same username and password, however, you must link your

current account to ARSHSA.

To link your current Community Pass account to ARSHSA you must visit the website:

➢ Create an Account: If you do not have an existing Community Pass account

To get started, visit https://register.communitypass.net/AutenRoadIntermediateSchoolHSA

Click the “Create an Account” button. Follow the steps to create an account. You can

now register and pay for any currently listed activity as necessary.

After you have logged in, click the “Register” button to see the list of open ARSHSA items

for which you can sign up, donate or purchase. You will receive email confirmation and

receipt for your payment.

ARSHSA is partnered with Community Pass

to accept and process registrations and

payments. Community Pass provides you with

the ability to pay by credit or debit card for….

Be sure to join ARSHSA by filling out the Membership form. Registration for Membership, as

well as, other program registrations/payments, is available to be completed via Community

Pass. It is $12 for Basic Membership.

ARSHA Membership Dues

ARSHSA is happy to give families a way to “opt-out” of traditional fundraisers through a one-time,

tax-deductible donation. “Invest in your ARIS Child” and feel guilt-free about not participating in

other product fundraisers organize by ARSHSA throughout the school year. Please consider writing a

check for any amount.

You will feel good knowing that 100% of the money supports ARSHSA and your ARIS student(s).

You can then choose to disregard any other fundraisers you may receive throughout the year!

Through ARSHSA’s fundraising efforts, the goal is to raise over $50,000 to support all of the

programs planned for the 2019-2020 school year.
