Greet patients and stay with them during their clinic experience. Organize patient huddles consisting of various healthcare professionals including physicians,

pharmacists, dentists, nutritionists, and social workers that focus on coordinated care plans for each patient.

Use Epic EMR to create after visit summaries for the patients, outlining next steps and physician instructions.

Assist adults of various cultures with basic mathematics, English, social studies, science, and life skills as they prepare for GED and citizenship testing.

Regions Hospital, St. Paul, MN – Administrative Resident 2014 – Aug. 2014 Tasked with evaluating and providing recommendations on a real-time patient feedback pilot which

aimed to improve experience by providing timely feedback to physicians and nursing leaders, providing the opportunity to perform service recovery and improve experience.

Served as project manager for the real-time feedback project: o Worked closely with a physician partner on assessing and improving the project. o Provided ongoing recruitment, supervision, and training for the volunteers. o Collaborated with nurse managers and physician leaders to determine the optimal
