PRAYER LIST

Procedures to request that a name is added to the prayer list are as follows: - Request permission from the individual in need of prayer (as requested by our Synod) - Send an email to: Prayers@centenniallutheran.org or Phone: Joanne Cantwell at 610-933-0341 or Jerene Gladfelter at 610-933-3542 - List the individual’s name and BRIEF description of situation (i.e. chemo, dementia, auto accident, comfort and peace, etc.) - Name of requester and association (brother, co-worker, friend, etc.) - Please advise us when a prayer request is no longer valid A new prayer list is issued at the beginning of each month as a bulletin insert. In

addition, we have an email list of individuals desiring to be on the Prayer Chain to

receive these requests. Please update us by the 25th of each month to ensure that your

request is listed. If you have not signed up previously and wish to be on the Prayer

Chain to receive immediate prayer requests other than those listed monthly, please

contact Joanne (610-933-0341) or Jerene (610-933-3542) with your email address or

telephone number. Extra copies of the monthly bulletin prayer list insert are available on

the small table in the lobby where the Sunday bulletins are kept.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Meals for St. Mary’s Shelter We will be providing meals for St. Mary’s the week of

March 23 - 27. Please sign up on the sheet in the lobby if you are able to prepare food.

Red Cross Blood Drive will be held on Monday, March 30 from 2:00 – 7:00 PM. To make an

appointment to donate blood, you may sign up on the sheet in the lobby, call Chuck

Cantwell at 610-933-0341, or register online at redcrossblood.org (enter Kimberton to

make an appointment). The Red Cross is also looking for volunteers to work at their Blood

Drives. If you are interested, please contact Ann Bealwith (email: AnnBeal@redcross.org or

phone 215-687-8405).

Are you a coffee drinker? We are in need of empty coffee containers to be used for

delivering altar flowers to people following Sunday morning services. You may bring your

coffee containers to the church office.

Calling All Bakers! Do you enjoy baking? Perhaps you’d like to join Nancy Miller and Patti

Tancredi as bakers of our Communion Bread. It’s a wonderful way to be involved with our

worship service. If you’d like to help with this joyful activity, just see Nancy or Patti and ask

them how you might be involved.

Hospitalizations or Pastoral Needs Please notify us if you or a family member is hospitalized and/or in need of a

pastoral call or visit. We have no other way of knowing of a hospitalization or a pastoral need. You may contact the church office at 610-933-1528 or call Pastor

Jerry on his cell phone at 215-260-9755.

Altar Guild Needs You! Please sign up on the volunteer sheets in the lobby for the Sun-

days that you are available to help.

Flower Sponsor Payments Please give your payment for sponsored flowers to Patt

Shumaker or else leave your payment in the flower box on the small desk in the office.

Care Team ministers to members of our congregation who are homebound. If you are in

need of services from the Care Team or know of a member who may need assistance,

Giant Grocery Cards

You can purchase $25 or $50 Giant grocery cards and Giant will donate 5% of the

proceeds to benefit the youth. See Beth Wise or contact the church office to order

gift cards.
