หรือเปนเครื่องเคียงทําอาหารอื่นๆ หรือนํามาประกอบอาหารตางๆโดย นึ่ง ลวก ตม ผดั จากการพิจารณาสามารถแบงประเภทของผักไดเปน 8 ประเภท ดังนี้
