Welcome to the 25th Annual Reflections at the Art Institute of Chicago.
In addition to exploring the galleries and creating art, we invite you to participate in dance activities in the Ryan Learning Center and across the museum that promote health and wellness. The Art Institute is pleased to welcome our program partners with the Arts for Brain Health Coalition, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and Well Connected.

AUDIO GUIDE AND APPThe audio guide is available for rental in the Michigan Avenue or Modern Wing lobbies. Guides are $7 ($5 for members). The audio guide is compatible with t-coil hearing induction loops and is free for visitors who are blind or have low vision and their companions. The free Art Institute of Chicago app features all audio guide content and supports Bluetooth audio connectivity for Bluetooth-enabled hearing aids. This app is available for iOS and Android.

PHOTOGRAPHYUnless noted on signage, you are welcome to take photographs of the permanent collection and special exhibitions for personal use. Dry sketching is also permitted. Please do not use flashes, tripods, and video cameras.

Road Scholar at the Art Institute offers educational adventures of the museum’s collection, exhibitions, and practices through private explorations with Art Institute staff. Whether you’re an out-of-town visitor or a Chicagoland resident, Road Scholar at the Art Institute is the perfect vacation for art lovers.
Art in the Moment engages individuals with dementia and their care partners or family members in creative dialogue and a positive experience through discussions in the museum galleries and art-making projects in a studio setting.
Tours with Sighted Guides are complimentary for visitors with blindness and low vision. Reservations are required in advance.
