Confirmation and Deposits

Once you have chosen your wedding date you may provisionally hold this bookings for 14 days without obligation. In order to secure the date, a deposit of £500.00 (£300.00 Carlton Hotel only) is required with a signed copy of your wedding contract. This is followed by a payment of £1000.00 (£700.00 Carlton Hotel only) one year prior to the wedding and £1000.00 (All Hotels) three months prior to your celebration.

Accounts Payable

Final guests numbers must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the wedding. A final account based on final guest numbers will be issued and due payable 14 days prior to your wedding date. There will be no refunds or re-allocation of monies paid if there is a reduction in guest numbers within the 14 days before the wedding. Any increase in final guest numbers must be confirmed and paid prior to the wedding date.

All payments made to the RAD Hotel Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. VAT at the current rate is included in the brochure price.

Minimum Numbers

Between the months of April – September (inclusive), any wedding receptions held over peak days of the week are subject to minimum numbers, this varies at each venue and further information is available on request. In order to qualify for promotional packages throughout the Group adult day guest numbers must meet minimum numbers as set within the individual offers. These numbers are chargeable for the wedding meal and drinks package.

Accommodation

Discounted rates are available for guests attending wedding celebrations within the Hotels. Rooms will be reserved via the wedding couple on a room allocation form provided by the Hotel. The form must be completed with the guests name and booking details and returned to the Hotel no later than 12 weeks before the wedding. At this time any unallocated rooms will be

released to the general public who contact the Hotel direct to book. The wedding couple remain liable for all rooms reserved under their guest allocation form unless confirmed via credit/debit card by the guest. The rooms on the allocation form are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy.

Lochside House Hotel, Lodges and Spa – For any lodge bookings for your wedding guests please refer to Lochside wedding brochure for terms and conditions.

General Responsibilities

Whilst every effort is made to safeguard the clients’ property RAD Limited do not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused. Nor can the hotel be responsible for wedding gifts or decorations that have been delivered to, or handed over to a member of staff or representative.

Any damage by the client or guests to hotel grounds or property as a result of vandalism or negligence will be the responsibility of the client or guests.

Strictly no wines, spirits, beverages or food may be brought into the Hotel, allocated rooms or grounds by the client or guests for consumption on the premises under any circumstances.

LED Dancefloor

RAD Hotel Group does not allow any external companies to provide LED dancefloors to any Hotel in the Group. This is due to damage to both internal areas and to existing flooring. RAD Hotel Group can offer black or white LED dancefloors in partnership with JAM Events – bookings can be made direct with your wedding co-ordinator. The cost for the dancefloor will be added to your wedding account and due payable with your final balance.
