Cottonwood is pleased to be one of Alberta's most complete indoor and outdoor

wedding facilities. We offer flexibility, unlimited creativity, and endless options.

Located on an island on the picturesque Bow River, our facility offers the perfect natural

backdrop for your special day… take a quick 10 minute drive from Calgary or Okotoks and escape to the country.

Chef Jaryd Baceda has created a variety of menu ideas, and would be eager to provide a

personal touch to your day. You can customize every detail, from signature drinks to your entrée.

Our professional culinary staff are waiting to help you create your dream. We urge you to

tour our facilities and experience first hand the natural beauty that surrounds us.



Maple Building - $800.00

Comfortably seats up to 200 people. Staging for

a head table is provided as well as state of the art

sound system and large flat screen TV. Maple is

our most popular building for medium to larger

events.

Birch Building - $500.00

Comfortably seats up to 80 people. This

bright airy room has a deck opening up

into the main courtyard. Perfect for

company BBQ’s, cocktail parties or smaller

weddings.

SOCAN And RESOUND Fees (society of composers, authors, and music publishers of Canada) Cottonwood Golf And Country Club Is Required By Federal Law To Charge The SOCAN

Fee To Any Function Playing Music In Our Facilities Whether By DJ, Band Or CD. SOCAN

Is A Non Profit Organization Which, Under The Copyright Act Is Authorized To Collect

Fees For The Public Performance Of Music In Canada. They Distribute The Monies

Collected In The Form Of Royalties To Their Members And International Affiliated

Societies.

You Will Be Responsible For Bringing In Your Own Decorations. The Facility

Could Be Available To You The Evening Before, Providing There Are No

Other Functions Booked. We Will Have All The Tables And Linens Ready For

Your Booked Arrival For Decorating. Generally, You Are Asked To Remove

All Decorations You Have Supplied The Night Of Your Function, Unless

Arrangements Are Made Prior To The Day Of Your Event. No Nails, Staples,

Tacks Or Tape Are To Be Used On Walls. There Are Designated Areas To

Hang Or Tack Items. Chairs And Tables Are Provided At No Charge, Podium

and Microphones provided. A/V Equipment, Screen, Bluetooth Outdoor

Speakers, Extra Linens And Arbour For Ceremony Are Extra Charges.
