With our 10% limit for each category of service, we can guarantee a diverse mix of vendors. Your

category will never be over saturated at the show. We provide a well lit room for all vendors in the exhibit

room with no music playing (just during the fashion show).. Popular requests like “near front doors” and

corner booths fill up quickly and booths are assigned in order of sign up date. Booth rates may increase

closer to each show.

• Your space (Single – 10’x10’)(Double -20’x10’)

• 6’ banquet table with linen

• Chairs for your booth

• Listing in show program

• Comprehensive bride lead list following the show



PIPE & DRAPE $125/$175Want side riggers or black P&D? Check off this option on your

contract to have it set up at your booth.

Drape is 8’ tall black with 3’ sides.

CORNER/END OF AISLE BOOTH $100 Booth will be placed on corner location or end of a row. This

placement is optimal for reaching a larger number of attendees at once. It is popular amongst vendors who generate lines and give

demonstrations.

WALL/PERIMETER BOOTH $100 Booth will be placed against a wall.

ADDITIONAL TABLES $20 (EACH)Booths come with a 6x30 table. Need more space for displays and

interaction? Check off what additional tables you need on your contract, this includes a high-boy option.

PRE-SHOW GIVEAWAY FREE

Vendors are no longer required to bring a door prize. To improve your

exposure when giving away prizes, all pre-show giveaways will be

announced and given away on social media and email promotions leading

up to the show. Your company will be tagged in all related giveaway

materials and promotion information. Couples will be instructed to pick up

their prize from your booth during show!

GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY FREE

Grand prizes must have a value of at least $500. Winners will be drawn from

couples at the show and given away on the fashion show stage. Grand

Prize Sponsors will get their company name & prize you are giving away

listed in multiple show promotions, including social media, emails, listings on

the registration site, show program and more.

NEW FOR 2016 SHOWS! Join us in our new VIP lounge for brides, grooms, and their guests.

This lounge is only available to the first 50 VIP Brides & Guests who purchase tickets and

will open one hour before the show! We have multiple categories available for

sponsorship so let your account executive know if you are interested in reserving your

spot. Some categories available include caterers, cakes, DJs, photo booths, and rentals.

As a thank you to our VIP vendors, we will send out the list of VIP brides & grooms the

Monday following the show! That is four days before all other vendors receive them!

VIP Vendors also receive their logo on the VIP entrance sign, the opportunity to place

promotional signage in the VIP lounge, a free bag stuffer for VIP bags, and your

company logo in all marketing materials promoting the VIP lounge to brides & grooms.



As an incentive for couples to book your services at the show, we provide

PWG Bucks. A bride or groom can use PWG Bucks like cash toward the

vendors at the show, ultimately helping them to save on costs.

SPELL OUT YOUR TERMS It is up to each vendor how they would like to accept

PWG Bucks, if you don’t lay out your terms, couples won’t know

how to redeem their savings with you.

MAKE IT KNOWN that you are accepting PWG Bucks through

social media leading up to the show and signage at your booth.

Choose your favorite 8x10 picture frame and display a

“We Accept PWG Bucks” sign, piece of cake! If you need a

flyer, just let us know.

GIVE THEM OPTIONS You won’t want to accept PWG bucks

during your busiest time of year. That is understandable!

Instead, give options to use the discount. For wedding dates

that fall in your busy season, increase the minimum price of

your services that must be booked. We give you the option to

use PWG Bucks in any way to increase your ROI. Use them as a

tool to book couples on-site!

GIFT BAG STUFFER FREE

The first 100 couples will receive a wedding tote bag at the

show & vendors can stuff a GIFT for free. Gifts include any

promo item (chocolates, luggage tags, pens, tumblers, and

key chains), gift certificates or gift cards. Something the brides

will enjoy with your company info printed or attached to it.


GIFT BAG INCLUSION $25

Don’t want to stuff a gift? This is the route to take if you

want to include your company literature in the bride

totes. Business cards, flyers, postcards, etc. Does not

have to be a special offer or gift. Must be delivered to

the PWG office 2 weeks before the show.

online radio, print, social media outlets and more. Our creative marketing catches

the attention of brides and grooms and effective advertising is our top priority.

LEADS: Receive a comprehensive list of the brides who came to the show.

CAN-SPAM ACT INFORMATION: PWG is one of the few show producers who

adhere to the can-spam act by not only allowing brides to opt out of receiving

correspondence, but do not share those email addresses with vendors. We

know this is not ideal for vendors who want all email addresses, but we must

follow the law to protect all companies involved and we appreciate your

understanding. This does not include any brides who registered at your booth;

you are free to solicit your own leads accordingly.
