QP’s Industrial Training qualifications are based on endorsed competency standards.
The TPP training cycle starts with a Foundation Phase followed by the off-site TAFE Model training.
Upon completion of collective units of competency at the Training Centre trainees move to their assigned companies to undertake learning at the workplace.
WPL covers specific tasks and duties to be accomplished and assessed at the workplace in QP and its affiliates
It is an application of the knowledge and skills at real working environment
Every workplace has its differences
Experienced supervisors and WPL trainers give help and guidance
