HOW DOES IT WORK?

In order to move forward with a webinar, a topic of the 75-minute event (~60 minute presentation & ~15 minutes of question and answer) must first

be determined. As is needed, the insideARM editorial team will use their expertise to assist with determining the topic/strategy of the webinar and its associated content.

Once the topic is determined, the speakers that will participate during the event will need to be selected. A member of the insideARM team will moderate the session but the expert panel that will do most of the talking will need to be decided.

The webinar date and time will be selected. At this point all deadlines for the other moving webinar parts will be made clear.

The insideARM team will set up registration for the event so that attendees can begin to sign up.

As a part of the webinar program, you will receive a Fact Sheet. The insideARM team will work with you and your information to create a downloadable fact sheet. This asset will be designed to get people interested in the webinar topic early-on and to encourage pre-webinar registration. The fact sheet will receive a RCLP (rapid conversion landing page) and will be hosted within the Free Reports section of insideARM.com. At the end of each month you will receive the contact information of everyone who downloaded the report in

the previous month so you can follow up with those leads directly.

Promotion will take place over the course of 3-4 weeks (time permitting). You will receive promotion on insideARM.com, in the ARM insider (the eNewsletter), via social media outlets (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and via 2+ segmented eBlasts strictly focusing on the webinar.STEP

After the practice run occurs and all internal questions are answered, the webinar will take place on the predetermined date. Upon completion the final audio, slide deck, and fact sheet will be yours to use and distribute as you wish.

You will receive the contact information of everyone who registered for the webinar as well as a report about attendance, survey/poll question answers, etc. All information gathered pre-webinar (during registration) and during the event will be yours.
