Exploring the American Revolution The American Revolution was a major event that changed America’s future in a big way. The Revolution established our government, it changed individual rights, established ourselves as our own country and slaves were becoming free. Now, that you have an idea of what the American Revolution is let’s explore what causes, effects and results came out of this Revolution for the United States.

Your task: Use the iPad’s provided to you and use the QR codes below. Use the links to explore the causes, effects and results of the American Revolution. Once you explore the websites, answers the questions provided with complete sentences. When you have finished answering all the questions, you will have a final assignment. Your final assignment will be collaborating with 2-3 other people and creating a poster board with all of your findings.

For your final task, you will be creating a poster board. This assignment, you will be

collaborating with 2 to 4 students. I will give you a set period of time during class 3 times a week

for about 2 and a half weeks. If this is not enough time for you and your group, you will have to

finish the assignment at home. You may split the material up in any form your group would like

but every student will present. Each group is responsible for answering all the questions for each

website and creating a poster board. Remember to use photos or any visual representation. BE

CREATIVE!!
