HIGH SCHOOL SNACOCTOBER 21

SNAC is a once a month fellowship opportunity for 9 th – 12th

graders to spend time with fellow students in the Word. Students who wish to participate, must be present at the evening worship service beginning at 6:00 PM the night of. This month, we are headed out to the Coley residence for hotdogs & s’mores.

FALL-O-WEEN JESUSOCTOBER 28 4:30 – 6:00 PM

This event is for students 1st – 5th grade. There will be games, pictures, and…what fall event would be complete without candy? Parents, you are encouraged to join your child in the Fellowship Hall following the event, where we will enjoy a meal together at our church-wide fall dinner and business meeting.

VISITOR PARKINGThe parking lot on the East side of the Auditorium (closest to Faith Lutheran Church) will be designated as visitor parking for Sunday mornings beginning in November. The handicap parking spaces in this lot will remain open to anyone with proper and visible designation on their automobile.

Join us tonight for a traditional service of hymns and verse by verse preaching by Bro. Josh. We will also have Shirley Loeffelholz with us tonight with a quick update of her ministry in Nicaragua.

QUARTERLY BUSINESS MEETINGOCTOBER 28 6:00 PM

In place of our evening service, Sunday, October 28, we will have a business meeting in the Fellowship Hall. Join us for food and fellowship at 6:00 PM, followed by a recap of the previous quarter’s financials and happenings.

EVANGELISM TRAININGThis fall, we are offering an evangelism class, taught by Lance Birdsong, to all who are interested. The literature is the Bible and the workbook is your testimony. The training will consist of two classes where we will learn how to share our faith & testimony, according to scripture, and the following meetings will be practical application out in the community. If you are interested in learning more about sharing your faith and the Good News of Jesus Christ to those right here in Seguin, please fill out the yellow Next Steps card in the pew and place it in the offering plate. Start date, time and location for training are dependent upon the interest in the class and will be announced at a later date.
